We had a great time at Franck's apartment. It is very well equipped, with beautiful sea views. The rooms at the back are quiet, and the private garage is a plus that will be appreciated in high season. At the end of the year, parking is easy on the street. Very nice stay. Beautiful views of the ocean, St Jean de Monts and its beach about 3 km away, on the island of Yeu on a clear day. In the middle of the dunes and really a short walk to Les Becs beach. You can spend hours contemplating this landscape, on the high stools installed for this purpose on the balcony. Very quiet. Everything was as described. Good bedding. Really delighted with my stay.

Very pleasant 5-day stay in this nice little home, tastefully and practically furnished. Nothing is missing. Super welcoming residence and ideal location (view, close to the sea and the city, quiet). Very warm telephone contact with Patricia before arrival and very kind welcome by Georgette. You immediately feel like you're staying with friends. Very quick responses to any questions I had during the preparations for the stay. For the services, great value for money. Balcony (with nice view), internet access and TVs to feel at home in addition to the feeling of being on vacation. We highly recommend this comfortable listing.

In addition, there is a very nice plant park just 50 meters away, making it a good base for walks. The city center is within walking distance as well as the eco museum of Saint Nazaire is visiting as well as the Atlantic stopover...for runners, a great departure point...

There's nothing missing from this studio ideally located in Saint Gilles. Beautiful view, quiet this season and easy parking just across from the entrance. I had some concerns about the quality of the sofa bed mattress but it was comfortable. Good hospitality and good advice from Laurence.

This place is a real little cocoon to get some fresh air in the area. The apartment is tastefully decorated, the terrace overlooking nature is a big plus and the essentials are there to spend a few days independently. The place is very quiet off-season, perfect for relaxing! There must be more life on site in season if you are not looking for isolation because the apartment is in a small condominium of several lots and close to other residences. Anne is a very considerate host with a good communicative mood. We thank her again for her special touch upon arrival which was enjoyed the same evening :) Note: the sfr network does not work on site. WiFi helps if you need connectivity, but if you need to stay reachable it could be a problem. (Bouygues seems ok)

A lovely, bijoux place to stay, with everything we needed to explore the area. Fabienne and Patrick are amazing hosts, warm and friendly, and they made our stay extra special. They went above and beyond to support us, and also made us feel so very welcome. The annex is a very peaceful, well designed, and immaculate space. There is also a peaceful and very private patio. For me and my husband, we thought it was a perfect place to stay, and we highly recommend it.
