We are extremely happy with our stay at Céline's place. Its location allowed us to visit all our points of interest without having to travel too much. Everything is available in the apartment for a pleasant time. The heated pool is very nice at the end of the day after making several visits. We'll keep the address for possible future trips. Peaceful accommodation, as described and located in a small, very quiet subdivision. The garden is beautifully wooded and clean. The location allows you to shine in the surroundings of Perros Guirec and take very nice walks. Welcoming and caring host. Friendly stay with the family.

Franck was so welcoming and gave full instructions for everything we needed. He would always reply within minutes with any queries. The accommodation was beautiful and had the bonus of a swimming pool. Lovely quiet area. Excellent location. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely week at Gwénaël's place. The welcome was very friendly with small Breton sweets. The house is very well equipped and beautifully decorated. It feels like home! The neighborhood is quiet and the garden must really be nice in the summer. We will be back!

We had a great time! There were 4 of us including 2 children and they did not miss anything: outdoor games, games (board games, lego...). We had a lovely stay! The house is well arranged and tastefully decorated, practical and with spacious rooms. We were able to enjoy the sun in the garden, the environment is quiet. We recommend it!

Patrice is very welcoming and responsive. The house is more than clean, quality bedding, well-equipped kitchen, board games, books, sunny terrace, sun loungers, barbecue! And all 200 m from the beach! Everything was really perfect! We'll be back with pleasure!

The place is extremely quiet, you feel like you're alone in the world at the bottom of this cul-de-sac. The beach 5 min walk is a huge plus and all shops are 5-10 min drive away. The house is very original because of its slightly separate rooms but it is in no way disturbing because everything is well thought out. Alain always responds and gives great tips. If I had to give a downside, it's the pillows that are really very old and in poor condition. New sponges would also have been appreciated. But I shared this with Alain who I am sure will do what is necessary given his responsiveness.

Thank you to Hélène who was very kind and available! Even if the house deserves a little youth, it is still very pleasant and comfortable. In fact, we plan to rent it again very soon.

I 100% recommend this accommodation, offering breathtaking views of the sea, a real haven of peace conducive to relaxation. Direct access to the sea and walk along the coastline. Comfort exceeds all our expectations: the bedding is extremely comfortable, the linens smell divinely good and the amenities are far beyond what we had imagined. Communication with our host Marie was excellent from booking to checkout. Marie and her husband and her little family welcomed us with great warmth and kindness.

Accommodation and magical environment... We felt like we left very far while we were in the same village as our 🏠 main house.. Soothing accommodation, very pleasant to stay there.... Matches the photos and description.... You can find everything and even more.... Bedding.... We felt like we were sleeping on a cloud.... We enjoyed the proximity to the sea (5-minute walk) very much. We were able to store our bikes in the garage and park the car on the property. The kitchen is well equipped. We often cooked there. There are no restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We were traveling by bike and hiking. We really liked the pink granite coast.

This house is great for a weekend away with friends. Direct beach access just a few steps away, allowing you to fully enjoy every moment. The large number of outdoor furniture available is a real plus, perfect as soon as the sun appears. Everything was perfect, with a special mention for the preparation of the stove, which was very useful to us from the first evening. Thank you very much, we will keep this address in mind.
