A great house in a lovely location. Well placed to explore both Lewis & Harris. The house is very well equipped & spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend to anyone. The Hebrides are stunning & this place was perfect for us to explore from.

We had a wonderful time at Greenfield. The cottage provided a splendid base for our family to explore Skye. It was much more spacious than we were expecting, and we were very comfortable. It was cosy and everything we needed was there. Conveniently located in Portree in a peaceful, quiet road. Thoroughly recommend.

This was my second time staying at Rick and Barbara’s cottage, the first time was eight years ago, and I’ve been wanting to come back ever since. So when my fiancé and I planned a Scotland trip, I was thrilled to see that the Crab Cottage was available. Every thing was even better than I remembered. The space is so comfortable and clean and has beautiful views. It is in a great location for exploring Skye. We were lucky enough to have incredible weather, but having been to the island in not so incredible weather, I can confirm that it is a worthwhile trip in every type of weather. I cannot recommend Rick and Barbara’s cottage enough. I hope to make it back a third time!

For three adults Glenconon Cottage was super cute and we had a wonderful stay! The bathroom was fantastic, the bath was one of the best baths I’ve ever had! Recommend bring bath bubbles/salts. Even the shower was beautiful and hot with great pressure. We loved sitting by the fire place in the evening, and enjoying the stunning views during the day. Kitchen was very well equipped and being international travelers we so appreciated the basics like olive oil, milk, salt and pepper. Ian as a host has thought of everything. House was very warm too with central heating. We really appreciated the use of the washing machine and dryer too. The only thing to be aware of is that the gate needs to be opened and closed each time.

Pleasant and peaceful accommodation about 15min walk from downtown Portree! Great location to visit the Isle of Skye! We recommend it!

Myself, husband, 2 kids and their grandparents stayed in this beautiful cottage. We were really impressed with the cleanliness, the gorgeous decor, and the amenities (there was even milk, bread and butter for us!). My oldest daughter also loved the house and felt right at home. Fantastic location as well, just a 8 minute drive to the Stornoway town. We honestly cannot recommend this place enough if you are visiting Lewis. Thank you Mark!

Great communication from booking to departure. House is much bigger inside than it looks from outside. Lots of little touches which make it a home from home from fresh flowers on the table complementing luxury air scents to tea and cakes on arrival. Located in a residential area but lots of parking directly outside. Even a gorgeous highland cow on the other side of the garden fence.

Dawn’s cottage is the perfect base to explore the most beautiful parts of the Isle of Skye, and the setting is perfect, we loved recharging after exploring by cozying up to the big picture window looking down on Staffin’s rugged coast. Dawn was a great host, we’ll definitely recommend this place to our friends!

We had an amazing stay at Minimorn, the property was perfect for the 2 of us and our dog (secure garden area was a bonus). Rebecca is a fabulous host and responds to any messages quickly. Dunvegan is a short drive away with lots of options for food but the property has everything you need should you wish to cook. The surroundings are beautiful and very peaceful, there’s a lovely short walk just down the hill which we took our dog along for his morning walks. The guest information booklet provided by Rebecca was super helpful giving restaurant recommendations and information about the property itself. Would definitely recommend a stay here if you are ever visiting the Isle of Skye!
