The beach is just 12 blocks away which makes for an enjoyable bike ride. The large driveway offers plenty of parking. During the summer season, the home is available by the week from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time is 2 pm and check out-time is 10am. Throughout the rest of the year, shorter duration stays are available.

This is a great place to relax , and enjoy !

Newly renovated with new appliances and furnishings. The house has an upside-down layout, so most of the living spaces, including the kitchen, dining, and living rooms are on the second floor. We travel for work, so myself and a couple of my guys, get a Airbnb every week. Last week, we found out at the last min (literally) that the first house we booked, was double booked for Monday. This left me frantically looking for another place. I sent a message to Robin explaining the importance of us needing a place and she approved everything right away and the stress of finding a place, was short lived. Will definitely pick Robin's place again, Big beautiful house.

Danitria was a perfect host! Before booking, I had some family emergencies that kept changing our dates - but she was extremely flexible, responsive and understanding. Between her pre-check in communications, welcome book and other notes - we had absolutely no questions or issues the entire 2 weeks we stayed. The house was clean, comfortable and relaxing. We felt as comfortable there as we would have been at home. Would definitely go back!

Upon entering Brenda's delightful cottage we were greeted by the warmth, coziness, and spotless interior of a wonderful beach house! The rooms were exactly as advertised, and the fenced in backyard was perfect for our golden doodle to romp. What an added luxury the Salt Shack is! We did not use it, but I'm sure in warmer weather the enclosed space and covered patio would be thoroughly enjoyed. Brenda thought of all details as far as incidentals and amenities in the cottage from the treats on the dining room table (which our grandsons enjoyed, thank you), to the towels, linens, and toiletries. Everything was well marked and easy to find. The notebook was also appreciated. We had a wonderful family celebratory weekend in Lewes, and Brenda's charming cottage was definitely the icing on the cake!! We would absolutely return.

Historic Boat House on "The Water's Edge"

Let’s just say we had such a great time that we already said we will return! Brad was super responsive and flexible in accommodating our needs. The boathouse is so cute in person, photos don’t do justice! Chilling on the deck watching the boats go by is just perfect. The house is well kept, clean, with thoughtful touches such as having mirrors everywhere. Even though only 1 full and 1 half baths, no worries while waiting for your turn to shower, since you can still get ready and don’t miss a beat. We were 4 adults and no issue with taking turns. Beds and linen were comfy. Kitchen and deck gets good light while living room is cozy. Upstairs bedrooms get great light. Awesome instructions and recommendations and a few cape May books help us plan activities on arrival. We didn’t get to try the bikes or use the beach tags (will do next time). We can go on and on but you get the idea. Don’t think twice, just go!

Franks place is very close to the bay with beautiful sunset views. Spent Christmas here with family. Plenty of room for time together and also for some quiet time. The Christmas decorations were a nice touch and the fireplaces added that extra cozy feeling. Would highly recommend for time in Cape May.
