Located between sea and mountain, the stone cottage is 20 minutes from the beach by car, 5 minutes from the river and about 45 minutes from the Aiguilles de Bavella site and the Cuscione plateau. Served by a trail that runs along the river and crosses the fields (1.5 km), two agricultural gates are to be opened and closed manually. It is advisable to come with a car that is a little high. 33 m2 cottage located in SAPARA, a hamlet of a handful of houses in the municipality of SAN GAVINO DI CARBINI in ALTA ROCCA in Southern Corsica. The hamlet is in a mid-mountain landscape (altitude 650 m) covered by a forest of holm oaks (small evergreen trees specific to the Mediterranean basin) ensuring an appreciable coolness on hot summer evenings, it is 33 km from the seaside (Propriano) by the road that runs along the valley of the Rizzanese river.

Granite house, in the hamlet of Casabianca, separated into 2 apartments (see my profile). You will have the apartment located upstairs (42 m²). It includes a living room with TV, an equipped kitchen as well as a bedroom with TV and a bathroom/WC located upstairs. Access via a wooden staircase. The apartment has half of the square behind the house. This will give you access to a table and BBQ. The clothesline is shared with the 2nd apartment.
