Die Fassade des Hauses wurde nach der traditionellen japanischen Yakisugi-Methode erbaut. Im Innenbereich schaffen die Holzwände/-decken ein angenehmes Raumklima. Die 70m² Wohnfläche sind offen gestaltet und über zwei Stockwerke verteilt. Im oberen Stockwerk befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit Panoramafenster und grosszügiger Terrasse/Balkon (20m²) mit Sicht auf den See.

Das Studio ist ausgestattet mit 1 Doppelbett (Queen-size), Tisch mit 2 Stühlen, Kleiderschrank, Sofa, kleine Küche mit Pfannen, Geschirr und Besteck (kein Backofen, keine Microwelle), Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank. Beautiful room with separate kitchen and seating. Wonderful views of the lake, mountains and countryside. Free parking and good train connection (5 minutes away). Lake Hallwil and the lakeside resort are a 5-minute walk away. If anyone is interested, we have a stand-up paddle for rent. You have the kitchen, room and bathroom to yourself and we live on the upper floor of the house.

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
