The apartment is located in a quiet location in the old town center of the municipality of Greifenstein-Ulm at the foot of the Westerwald. Here you can arrive, relax in a casual atmosphere, feel comfortable and, if necessary, get out of the way in the 80 m² apartment ;-) Our geese can be observed on a separate pasture, which is especially fun for children. In winter you have the opportunity to spend cozy evenings with cozy stove heat. Wood does not have to be brought along ;-)

Our apartment Rosenstein (70 square meters) in the Weilburg district of Kubach is located in a quiet residential area. It offers a parking space and a storage space for bicycles. The apartment has a separate entrance as well as a spacious terrace and fast Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The shopping is very good, as bakers, supermarkets, a drugstore and a fast food restaurant are only a few hundred meters away.

I offer a nice, comfortably furnished and quietly located granny apartment for rent. It is equipped with shutters, carpet and floor heating. 2 single beds and a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 people serve as a sleeping area. A table and 4 chairs form the center for a cozy round.
