10 minutes from Gap/Tallard airfield, in the medieval village of Tallard, not far from the legendary Route Napoléon, is our bright and functional studio on the 2nd floor of a large house from the 1930s, completely renovated with large private garden at your disposal, car, motorcycle and bike parking, possibility of bike rental. A great place for sports, air, mountain, lakes and rivers are nearby. The studio is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen with oven, microwave etc. Sheets and towels are provided. You are welcome!!

Peace and quiet guaranteed in a natural setting reserved just for you! Located at 1300m, the 65 m2 chalet is contemporary and bright, warm and cosy in winter, cool in summer. Enjoy lunch on the terrace, in the shade of the weeping willow, or in the garden under the maple tree. Explore the mountain on foot or mountain bike from the cabin, or with snowshoes or back-country skis at 5' driving. Autumns are brightly colored. The mythical Céüze rock-climbing area and the Dévoluy ski area are nearby!

The 30 m2 studio is located under the vaults of the old bread oven of our house. The living room consists of a small kitchen equipped with the essentials, as well as a sleeping area with a double bed; at the bottom of the vaults hides a small independent bathroom. Isolated in the countryside at the foot of the mountains, the private terrace will offer you a beautiful view of the Durance Valley. Ideal for relaxing, you can also enjoy on-site walking trails and the climbing site.

The villa is adapted and suitable for families, close to transportation and the center of town. It is situated 20 Minutes from ski stations and lake serre ponçon. You will appreciate this large house, 150 meters squared, for its beautiful views and comfort. The villa is perfect for families and kids. The villa is 2.5 km from the city center of Gap and in located in a calm and picturesque environment. It is located not far from the hiking areas of Charance and Ceuze.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The apartment is a fully renovated 2-room that I am renting again this year because we are living in our house. It is located in a very quiet residence. Redone with taste, I hope it will make you have a great stay in the Hautes Alpes region. You will have salt, coffee, oil, sheets, towels, sugar and everything you need for your stay. It has a small terrace overlooking a small lake and Ceuze Mountain.

The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

Peaceful, it offers a relaxing stay for the whole family 40 minutes from Lake Serre-Ponçon and Ancelle (Sky resort). 2-room apartment, 2 bedrooms, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom, a large entrance with kitchen and storage. Beautiful terrace with barbecue. (No dining room). It is also suitable for people traveling on business. To rest in peace after a day of work. Large parking lot, no parking problems, van accepted.

A quiet maisonette surrounded by fields and a few scattered homes. The view is beautiful over the valley, the starry sky, beautiful in any season, the field, vast and fenced, welcomes your pets; it is shared with our house (even if everyone has their own outdoor space). We accept 4 people but it is ideal for 2 (or couple with children). Pass by if you are looking for perfection; it is just warm and well-equipped but not perfect!

Located in Tallard, in a quiet subdivision, new 30 m2 accommodation comprising 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a living room kitchen overlooking a garden with table and BBQ. Quiet and relaxing place. Accommodation for 1–4 people. We can provide the essentials for babies and children. Close to all the amenities of Tallard 7 min walk and 3 min drive to the Intermarché, the aerodrome. 15 min to Gap. We accept clean and quiet pets.
