Vacation rentals with a fireplace in L'Estaque, Marseille

Heel leuke plek om samen te chillen, centrum Aix én natuur vlakbij, goede uitvalsbasis voor mooie uitstappen (wandelen, fietsen, ...)

Sehr ruhig gelegene Villa im Grünen, am Ende einer kleinen Einbahnstrasse. Man fühlt sich überhaupt nicht wie in der Nähe einer Stadt. Dank Klimaanlage im gesamten Haus und Pinien ist es im Haus angenehm kühl, wir hatten bereits Ende Mai um 30 Grad Aussentemperatur. Rasche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer Nicolas, sehr zuvorkommend, Tipps für die Umgebung und war für allfällige Fragen rasch kontaktierbar.

La maison est juste magnifique ! Tout était parfait et très propre également. Les commerces à proximité, le port.. rien à dire. L’hôte en question était très serviable et nous avons pu également avoir eu les clefs en amont. (Encore merci..) Petit hic : La piscine n’était pas réellement chauffée. Mais cela ne nous a pas empêcher d’en profiter un peu tout de même. Encore merci

Nous avons passé un week-end absolument parfait dans cette maison ! Tout était nickel du début à la fin. La maison est spacieuse, très propre, super bien équipée et décorée avec goût. Nous étions 5 amis, et chacun s’est senti à l’aise, les espaces communs sont conviviaux, les chambres confortables, et rien ne manquait. L’accueil a été chaleureux, la communication avec l’hôte impeccable, et on a vraiment senti que tout était pensé pour que les voyageurs passent un bon moment. On recommande à 100% et on reviendra avec plaisir 😁

Wow what a fantastic place! The outside space is amazing especially for families with kids because there are lots of activities onsite such as sports, an incredible adventure playground plus trampoline and zip wire. The heated pool is great and well worth paying the extra 50€ to book it for an afternoon. It comes with inflatables and toys which added to the fun There is also plenty of shade if you prefer to sit and enjoy the garden or the stunning views of the mountain, and interesting walks from the doorstep. Lea was so friendly and kind and gave us local recommendations and helpful information. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is reasonably equipped. The only slight negative to make future guests aware of is that to access one of the bedrooms you either have to walk through the other bedroom or go outside and use the patio door which opens straight into the bedroom, but it’s not a big issue. We will definitely come back !

Merveilleux séjour dans un cadre idyllique et cette maison du bonheur ! Camille a été une hôte très attentive, arrangeante, aimable et réactive. La maison jouit d’une situation privilégiée sur le petit port et offre un cadre des plus agréables. Elle est décorée avec goût et soin et parfaitement équipée. Rien à redire si ce n’est que nous y reviendrons sans doute !

This is our second time staying here and Philip is a wonderful host. The place is beautiful and we will be back next year.

A charming flat on a quiet and accessible street in beautiful Aix. Hosts were very friendly, responsive and helpful. The location was easy to find and a short walk to all the great locations of Aix. The flat is sunny and bright, with a historic church right out the window. You have everything you need in this flat, and no clutter of things you don’t need. Feels like you are living in Provence (if even for a short few days). Would stay again on what will sure to be a return trip to this amazing ville.

All was great and host was always close by and available. Kitchen was well stocked to cook and make meals at home. The AC worked perfectly when we needed it. Would recommend.

On a adoré notre séjour à Marseille et on se rappellera de ce bel appartement avec cette vue !!! Déco et emplacement parfait pour nous ! L’amie de Nicolas nous a accueillie en nous présentant ce quartier vivant, que nous avons beaucoup aimé.

Superbe!!!! Tout était vraiment génial, l’accès facile, l’appartement très bien situé, lumineux, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, spacieux, confortable, calme, apaisant, bref, PARFAIT!!! Avec les recommandations de Jean, un parking est à quelques minutes, les restaurants sont aussi juste à côté et très bien, le quartier est calme Jean est très disponible et m’a proposé de prendre mon temps pour quitter l’appartement, pas de stress, ce qui est plus qu’appréciable!! Tout y est, vous êtes comme à la maison!! Je recommande vivement ce logement qui ne pourra que vous ravir!!!

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique chez Denis ! Le logement est très agréable, propre, bien équipé et parfaitement situé. Denis est un hôte accueillant et attentionné, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus plaisant. Nous recommandons chaleureusement son hébergement et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Very nice apartment next to Saint Charles. The south facing balcony is great for breakfast. Rooms are good and everything was clean. Very close to the city center. Tea and coffee was offered.

Guys apartment was perfect for our stay. Unbeatable location and a good size. Parking was very convenient but there is a very tight corner in the driveway is even for a small car, otherwise it is very close to the apartment and secure. Guy was responsive and flexible with check in and check out which was very helpful. We would definitely recommend it for a stay in Cassis.

We have perhaps 15 years of experience staying in Air BnB apartments and we can say without question that Salama is the very best host we've encountered. She took great care in designing and furnishing the apartment. It is lovely and comfortable , new and sparkling. The apartment was stocked with literally everthing we needed. Salama anticipated anything a guest might wish for and made sure to have it there. She met us when we arrived and took a good amount of time to orient us not only to the ins and outs of the apartment, but also to Aix and the surrounding area. She stocked the apartment with many helpful books and materials about the area, and made sure to mention a number of excellent restaurants in town. The apartment is in an excellent location in the center city, on a quiet street, an easy walk to everthing. It's a block and half from an inexpensive city parking garage which makes retaining a rental car trouble free. We could not have been happier with our stay.

Nous avons eu un coup de coeur pour cette magnifique Villa, la vue est splendide et le coucher de soleil est grandiose. Pour nous, l'endroit était encore plus formidable que sur le descriptif, le confort, le décor, tout était parfait. Pour agrémenter le tout, les hôtes sont attentionnés et très conviviaux. Merci à Dorine de l'accueil et du suivi durant notre séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le bien est incroyable, avec une vue tout simplement magnifique. Situé à 25min de Marseille, la situation géographique est idéale pour profiter de vacances paisibles. L'accueil a été parfait, Brice a été de bons conseils et toujours disponible. Nous le remercions chaleureusement.

By far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The location allowed us to checkout of our busy lives and enjoy a peaceful place. The views were amazing and truly beautiful. I would come back and stay again. The hosts were also very responsive and had helpful recommendations for the surrounding areas. 10/10!!

We have a great stay here. The villa feels so secluded, nestled within surrounding pine trees. I would highly recommend to a family or group of friends, with ample space to entertain and relax!

It's impossible to appreciate what a special house this is until you walk through the door. Every aspect of it is fascinating, beautiful and well conceived. Each of the five bedrooms have their own character and decoration and the design is beautiful. The kitchen is large and well stocked with equipment that made it easy to cook large meals. The garden is lovely and the pool has a clever cleaning system which we appreciated as we all had a swim. Lastly, the location is ideal being a short walk into town in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Un week-end de rêve dans une maison magnifique, parfaitement équipée et idéale pour un séjour à 7. La piscine est superbe, tout comme l’ensemble de la propriété, très soignée et confortable.
