The beautiful coastlines of Brittany are only just over 1 hour drive. The beach at Lac de Guerledan is 10 mins away. A good selection of shops, bars & restaurants are available. La Petite Maison

Liz and Simon welcome you to your holiday cottage in a charming old hamlet. You will enjoy the use of a private garden as well as a warm, comfortable interior. La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

The refuge

Need for nature, calm, come and enjoy a stay in the heart of Brittany. This small, typically Breton house is south-facing. Very easy access, 2 minutes from the Rennes Brest main road. On foot, you can access Lake Guerlédan. For the more motivated, to the Abbey of Bon Repos in Saint Gelven, to the Beau Rivage site in Caurel, to the Sordan cove in Sait Aignan... By car you are 12 km from Mûr de Bretagne, 30 km from Pontivy and 55 km from Saint Brieuc.

Lann Avel – Guaranteed green escape

Welcome to Lann Avel, a characterful longhouse located in a quiet village, ideal for a relaxing stay. Enjoy a large wooded park to relax, a stone's throw from the Liscuis hiking trails and its nature reserve. The canal from Nantes to Brest, the abbey of Bon-Repos and the lake of Guerlédan are very close. Swimming, walks, water activities, shops and swimming pool are accessible in a few minutes. A peaceful and refreshing setting awaits you!

Peaceful and natural tiny house

A small wooden house with its quiet garden, in the heart of an organic vegetable farm, Ideally located for hikes, admiring the sunken paths, woods, pretty meadows and streams or simply recharging your batteries. It is an invitation to disconnect and return to nature. From the south-facing terrace with barbecue, dining table, garden furniture… you can observe the hill, the forest in front of you and let the songs of birds lull you.

Perret's House

This cottage, which can accommodate 7 people, is located in the middle of the village, near the church. Around, superb forests and landscapes magnified by the Arrhée mountains. Fishing, swimming and water activities possible at Lake Guerlédan, 10 minutes drive away. Towels and sheets are provided free of charge: the beds are ready when guests arrive. No cleaning fee unless the house is not left clean. Heat pump heating.

Pond-side cottage in unspoiled nature

Isolated 4-season chalet for 2 people and 1 child by a pond, in a large garden-forest. Dragonflies, kingfishers… and hopefully otters and deer. Wake up, take a dip... or take the oars! The chalet has a kitchenette, sofa, table, 2 single beds + 1 child's mattress. The dry toilets are outside. A Finnish sauna welcomes you in the cold season (€20). Far from any noise or light pollution, dare to return to nature!

Gîte near Lake Guerlédan

A few kilometers from Lake Guerlédan, this cottage for 4 people, redone in 2012, is composed of an entrance, a kitchen/dining room – living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and two toilets. It is located 5 km from Bon Repos Abbey, 10 km from Lake Guerlédan, 60 km from Lorient or St Brieuc. Guests will have access to a large garden, deck chairs, BBQ, ping pong table and badminton set.

Rézé - Gîtes de Botplançon, Pays de Guerlédan

The second accommodation of all the Botplançon gîtes, the Rézé gîte is distinguished by a beautiful living room whose glass door opens onto a private terrace with views of the surrounding countryside, not overlooked. It can accommodate up to 3 people using the sofa bed. The kitchen bar is well equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, kettle, toaster...).
