EXCELLENT Family Rural cottage in a setting that meets expectations, very peaceful place, both through the surrounding countryside, and from the farm animals. Warm welcome from the host ,with good taste presents. Equipment adequate to the listing as well as the perfect bedding. The discovery of the Normandy coast is majestic!!we'll be happy to come back. We recommend it without difficulty.

Great stay at Anne and Nicolas' house, exceptional environment for children, equestrian center and educational farm at the foot of the house. Anne and Nicolas are very charming and very welcoming hosts, smooth communication. The house is pleasant to stay in, very bright and spacious living room We had a great time in the countryside. We’ve stayed in Matthieu’s place for almost a month. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need. For the two of us and a dog it was a perfect size. Even bigger than it looks on photos. The place was clean and the sheets and towels can be changed regularly for clean ones. There is also shared washing machine in the building. It is possible to work remotely as the internet was quite fast. The large garden has lots of seating and even grill. The area was very nice, you can go kayaking on the nearby river or just walk or use rail bicycle on the old railway just behind the house. There is a airbnb for the groups in the neighbouring building but we didn’t find it disruptive and couldn’t really hear any noise inside. In general we were quite happy and can recommend.

What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit

We stayed in the house for a work in the area. The house has very good conditions. Communication was great. Everything worked well. We recommend.

Ideally located in this beautiful village of Lyons la forêt. Spacious, clean, Very good communication with Françoise. Even for a very short stay like ours ((one night)). It was perfect.
