Villa vacation rentals in Les Terres Basses

The place was perfect, and the view and backyard were the highlights of our stay! We were just 5 to 10 minutes away from the best beaches and activities on the French side. The supermarket and an amazing bakery were only about 4 minutes down the road, along with a wine store. On the first day, I struggled to get my phone to work with Google Maps because I hadn't informed my cell phone company that I would be traveling abroad. However, the hosts were incredibly helpful in assisting me. The husband stayed on the phone with me the entire time, which made a world of difference since I was really anxious about my first Airbnb experience in the Caribbean. Once I sorted out the issue with my cell carrier, we were able to navigate all over the island easily. I would definitely stay here again, and I can't wait to come back!

Jolanda and Maarten were very helpful, met us af the house for check-in, explained things, and showed us around. We did have an internet issue and an air conditioning issue with one room, but they were quick to come up with a solution and attentive. The house is clean and well appointed with kitchen items. They had beer, wine, water, and soda in the fridge and that was a lovely touch after a long day of travel! There was a stack of pool/beach towels which we were thankful for. There are some spices, coffee filters, etc so that was also convenient. Beds were comfortable and rooms all provided great privacy. Bring your own soap and shampoos. Master bedroom is up a large flight of stairs, so not appropriate for someone with mobility issues. While we were close to eateries and the beach, it was just a bit too far and uphill for our group so a car was a must and used daily. It would have been nice to have beach or pool items, or board games at the house for future guests! Wonderful place!

The villa was an oasis among beautiful surroundings. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend this listing to anyone looking for a place to stay in St Martin!

Our house was amazing from the pool to the scenery and how close it was on the water and to Pinel Beach! Philippe was the best host as well. He was there to greet us early, and went over everything in the house. Gave us beer, and a bottle of their native rum too! I would absolutely recommend this house and Philippe as a host!

This Airbnb was exactly as described; it is a beautiful property with amazing views. Maia is an amazing host, and her staff are very attentive. We were met at the airport (rental car office) and guided back to the property. The house is located on the resort property and is gated in order to enter. The house is large with enough room for everyone to have their own space. Our family of 4 adults never felt cramped or invaded. The bedrooms are all large with private balconies or a patio. You definitely need a car as there is anything in walking distance once you leave the resort property. We didn't utilize the resort amenities other than the day we arrived and ate at the bar & grill. Overall, this is a great house and you will be very pleased if you choose this property, we loved it!

Amazing place, beautiful house with lots of amenities. Elodie was very responsive and even provided some extra amenities for our kids. The view is fantastic and our kids loved the heated pool. It’s a perfect place to watch the sun set. The house offers a few shady spots during the day but not too much. Very spacious inside. Kitchen has everything you need and is well equipped. Large and comfortable beds! Having kids, the layout of the house is great, all is on one floor. The only small downside is the noise from the street, it’s not too much and not very disturbing but fast cars or construction work is noticeable when relaxing on the terrace. Overall I would definitely recommend the place!

Leslie’s house is immaculate and very functional. Great AC and a lovely lap pool to keep you cool. Simpson Bay is serene and so peaceful especially at night! There was some construction happening as this is a newer area I believe- the host did inform us of that. Loved having a cleaner visit throughout the weeks stay. Overall a wonderful place to stay :) we would go back if life allows

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Clea's place. The house is beautiful. She had cold beverages waiting in the refrigerator for our arrival and the scenery was beautiful from the veranda. our only concerned is that the pool is not clearly marked for depth. I'm about 5 ft and the pool all the way around is a little deeper than that which is over my head. There is no shallow end. Orient Beach is very nice. one drawback is the constant haggling for a beach massage by the locals. I had to exercise a gentle rudeness in order for them to leave us alone. Other than that we had a fabulous time. You must visit the African Market in Phillipsburg. You will find beautiful African artifacts at good prices. Anthony and Florence are the best.

Perfect stay! Went with a group of 5 for my birthday absolutely loved everything about this Villa! From the views to the decor and the space. The location was close proximity to the beach and restaurants. Love it!

Overall the trip was amazing. Joy is an excellent property manager. She had great recommendations for chef service and private boat rentals. We enjoyed the private boat tours most. The home is great, but there are several concerns. It would have been nice to have the tvs working in all rooms without having to use your phone. Cords were missing for the Apple TV. No cable tv. We were informed upon arrival that the dishwasher was broken. There is no freezer and you must buys bags of ice for an outside cooler. The kitchen sink clogged as we were hand washing dishes after catering a large meal. The house has a washing machine but no dryer. Otherwise, we enjoyed the house and pool. View was amazing, private boat dock and private charters to St Barts and around St Martin were great. Considering the cost of a weekly stay:.. functional tv, a freezer and clothes dryer should be included. Maid service to have your clothes dried at $15/hr is a bit inconsiderate,

I had a nice experience at Villa Livity. We had a great host that recommended a great driver. The driver greeted me with balloons and drinks upon my arrival. Isa also provides recommendations for a chef and masseuse if needed. The driver was very helpful and attentive. Definitely book with 5 Star Taxi. The owner bought us additional pots and pans so we could cook which was very nice. She also has another similar villa with an additional bedroom if needed that includes the Jr. suite with the kitchen as displayed in the photos. This villa doesn’t include the jr. suite. There’s 3 orange bedrooms on the first floor and 2 of the yellow bedrooms On the top floor. All of the bedrooms are nice. I had trouble deciding which one I wanted to stay in lol. On the top floor you share a toilet with the other bedroom. Overall, great experience. I would definitely book again.

A great villa, centrally located just outside Grand Case. Spotless and well equipped. Véronique was very responsive to any and all questions. Highly recommend!

The house was great! Very clean, beautiful kitchen, amazing outdoor living space, great views and loved the access to the water! We came with two couples and two toddlers and the place had everything we needed! Perfect location right on the water, close to Orient Beach area and very easy to get to Pinel Island either by kayak or by the ferry boat. We will definitely stay again! Thank you!

A great house. Looks like the photos. It has an extremely practical layout for groups or families and the outdoor pool area and views are spectacular. Magali and Cathy were always friendly and responsive and extremely honourable to deal with. Any concerns we had were taken seriously and responded to immediately. An example of how great the hosts were : our 3 year old left his favourite stuffed animal in the world behind in the house when we left, and we only discovered this when already at the airport. Cathy drove the toy across the island to our friends that were staying another night, and our friends brought it home to us the next day. We are so appreciative and so is our son!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. This was our first time to St. Martin. The house was perfect for us and even more beautiful in person. The view is amazing. They island was amazing. A short walk down the hill to access the beach, restaurants and stores was great. Dan and Flo were wonderful, helpful and very responsive. Would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in this area. We can't wait to come back!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour! La maison est tout simplement magnifique, décorée avec goût et elle offre une vue spectaculaire. La cuisine était dotée de tous les équipements électroménagers des plus récents ainsi que tout le nécessaire pour bien cuisiner. La maison est conviviale et agréable et nous nous y sentions comme chez nous. On a adoré se prélasser dans la piscine et sur la grande terrasse. L’épicerie, boulangeries et cavistes situés à 5 minutes en voiture se sont avérés très pratiques. Annabelle nous a fait plusieurs recommandations de restos, de plages ou de shopping et sincèrement, ces suggestions ont fait toute la différence durant notre séjour. Elles se sont avérées toutes plus pertinentes les unes que les autres. Malgré son absence à l’extérieur du pays, elle nous répondait rapidement, comme si elle avait été présente tout au long de notre séjour. Nous recommandons chaudement cette maison à toute personne qui désire séjourner à Saint-Martin.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at the Lune de Miel and it was the perfect spot! Absolutely stunning surroundings, but within easy driving distance of things to do and great restaurants. Working with the property Ink was super easy and they went out of their way to ensure that we had a smooth stay. Very easy to communicate with and friendly, would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

The neighborhood was peaceful and private, and the house had its own gated entrance. It was even more beautiful than the photos—truly a special place. The hosts were incredibly responsive, and we had everything we needed: comfy beds with fresh, clean linens, soft bath and pool towels, and a well-stocked kitchen. The pool was sparkling clean and very well maintained. The views were absolutely breathtaking. We loved watching the sailboats drift by in the distance, and the sunsets each night were magical—something we’ll never forget. We wholeheartedly recommend this home. Our family made such wonderful memories here, and the week flew by way too fast. If we ever come back to St. Martin, we’d rent this home again in a heartbeat.

We had a phenomenal stay at the villa. The daily housekeeping is worth splurging on. Our host was so kind, and welcoming. I would not hesitate to stay again. The pickle ball court is a really nice added touch. Also- the gentleman who will get you fresh coconuts from the trees in the yard is so kind as well. The villa is incredibly private but not so remote that you feel unable to access the excitement if you want it. Again, kudos to Angie, our host, she’s a gem!

Rob’s house is exactly as the pictures show it. The bedrooms are beautiful. The indoor out door kitchen is exactly what you want for an island and the pool is fantastic. The sunsets we were able to watch from the comfort of the pool was amazing. Gwen and jade our two property managers went above and beyond for us. Super responsive, very friendly and on top of everything. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. They were truly amazing. I would highly recommend this house. We’ll be back again next year if not sooner.

This place was absolutely incredible! If you're a family or a group of friends, stop and don't look elsewhere as Villa "Be Happy" is just for you. This house was stocked with every item one could possibly ask for! The place was also immaculate and so tastefully decorated. The upstairs porch had the most magnificent sunset views and views of Anguilla. The location is on point with Friar's Bay and Happy Bay only a short walk away. Going to the beach is so easy from here amongst nature plus you have the option of Grand Case nearby. From the moment we booked Alize and her team were on fire to make sure we had the best stay. Yoann was absolutely incredible and had the best restaurant recommendations. He really made our trip special and everything he said or booked was true to his word and EXCELLENT. If I could give this place six stars I would. A very special location. You will not be disappointed at "Be Happy".

This was such a beautiful place to stay, the pictures don't do it justice. The outside area included an outdoor shower, a perfect place to rinse off after day at the beach. The pool was a great size and the kids went swimming multiple times a day. The area around the pool was beautiful with areas of both shade it sun. We got to see many geckos and even a large iguana which enjoyed the sunshine on the fence. The kitchen had everything we needed, the host even provided some water and juice in the fridge upon arrival. All the bathrooms had rainshowers and the host provided soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The host was very easy to get ahold of and answered any questions we had. This was the perfect home for us, we would love to stay here again in the future!

Stunning house in the best location in St. Martin! The house was beautiful and clean with an amazing pool. I don’t think I’ve seen a better stocked kitchen between utensils and spices! I also appreciated the games for kids that were readily available. The house is an easy 10 min walk to the beach and fantastic restaurants. I loved getting my daily pastries and baguette at the local bakery and having breakfast outdoors with an incredible view. Thank you for hosting us! We had a wonderful time.
