Our family had a wonderful stay at Julien's apartment! There is nothing better than the beautiful coastal views from the large balcony and living spaces. It is in a very private and secure building and area, yet it is still walkable to restaurants in the town. Would love to stay again!

We stayed for a week in April. Very good bedding and very clean cleaning. The beach is accessible on foot as well as Les Halles where there are good products. The house is close to a busy road, the main one but far enough away not to be immediately dangerous for children. The outside is pleasant thanks to the plancha and sunbed equipment.

After a few busy days in Nice, exactly what we were looking for. A great house with a fantastic pool in a beautiful setting. During the day we were able to relax well, grill something delicious and in the evening we visited St. Tropez. Karine has excellent taste and the house is both lovingly furnished and everything is beautifully and tastefully decorated... you immediately felt at home. There is a beautiful beach right within walking distance, be sure to bring the bikes to explore the area. Great bike paths along the coast. Karine sent valuable restaurant tips right after arrival. We'll definitely be back. Thank you.

An exceptional stay, far beyond our expectations! The house is simply beautiful: set on the water, with breathtaking views, and full amenities that make everyday life incredibly comfortable. It feels like you're at a friend's house, the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. Jean-Charles took great care of us, and we also warmly thank his son Raphaël, present on site, for his availability and kindness. We spent the most peaceful holidays in the world, in our little cocoon. The pool is divine, everything is within walking distance, the beach is 5 min away. Joëlle and Régis adapt to everyone, we are the type to stay in our bubble, they respected it throughout, giving us good addresses when needed. I would recommend this place without a second thought, and thank Joelle and Régis for their professionalism and their little corner of happiness. 🫶🏼

Nothing to say, everything matched the description and Marie was flexible with our arrival and very responsive. Check-in instructions were very clear and the beach is directly accessible from the residence. I would highly recommend.

The accommodation is very well located in a secure residence with lots of trees and private parking. The apartment is clean and well-equipped, the terrace is large and the environment pleasant with pretty plants and a beautiful red banana tree. you can walk to the village of Giens as well as the salt road that runs along the beach and the ponds. we had a lovely stay.. Thomas was very responsive every time we asked him questions.

Alex responds to the messages and requests very well. He made the process very easy. The place is exactly like the pictures, the view is even better in person! The only thing to note is the bathroom has a sliding door which doesn't close fully, might be best to be aware when staying with someone else :)

cute studio, well appointed. It's small but everything is there. The terrace is great, and the view is amazing. La Bergerie beach is at the foot of the residence. We had a great time enjoying the sea 100%.
