Very bright 54 m2 apartment in a residence, on the 3rd floor without elevator access. Located a 5-minute walk to Mar Vivo beach. Reach the City of Sanary in 15 minutes and Bandol in 20 minutes. Renovated, fully equipped and air-conditioned. Bathroom with walk-in shower, washer/dryer. Master bedroom with 160 x 200 bed, 2nd bedroom with 90 x 200 bunk bed, a baby cot is available. Car parking and balcony with view. This stylish place to stay is perfect for families.

The apartment, classified and starry, completely new, on the second floor of our villa, just 10 meters from the first waves, benefits from a large terrace overlooking the sea. It measures 35 m2 and the private terrace 25 m2. The restaurants and Braudel Park are nearby. It's the perfect place for relaxing or sporty vacants, with plenty of water activities and walking or mountain biking opportunities. It's the perfect place for a vacation as a couple or with kids.

Studio on the top floor, air-conditioned, right by the water on the large sandy beach of Les Sablettes. Enjoy everything nearby , day or night like the beach, restaurants, entertainment... from the waterfront... the studio is completely refurbished. Located on the 4th and a half and top floor with elevator up to the 4th , in a classified building, designed by the architect Fernand Pouillon. I have 2 studios on the same landing, ideal for being friends or family.

Kitchen with dishwasher, top fridge with freezer, induction hobs, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker. Private parking space. Sheets, towels and linens not provided. Pets are not allowed.

Refurbished 2-room apartment, located south facing, above the mythical Sablettes arcades, less than a 1-minute walk to the beach. In the immediate vicinity you will find shops, breweries, beach and gourmet restaurants, Parc Braudel with its play areas for children. The accommodation is on the first floor without elevator, has a comfortable bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom with toilet, as well as a large outdoor terrace with a very nice sea view
