The property has a sofa bed with an 80x200 mattress topper with the possibility of 160x200. There's only one double bed with a mattress on it. The home has a fiber connection. The accommodation is located in Tourlaville (Cherbourg en Cotentin).

Studio on the Quai de Caligny on the 1st floor with balcony, very bright. Restaurants are just downstairs. Beautiful harbor views. Naval group 10 minutes away by car. For everyone's safety, we have installed a surveillance camera in the lobby that allows us to monitor comings and goings. You will have tenants above your studio since it is on the 1st floor. There's no elevator and the stairs are narrow.
