Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Les Houches

We arrived and left late. The host was very accommodating about it. The TV was a good size and had Netflix. We only stayed 2 nights and only ate in restaurants. The kitchen looked clean and properly equipped even though we didn't use it. They want you to take out the trash and remove the linens. I find that a bit annoying since you also pay a cleaning fee, but those are their rules and they're not completely unreasonable. The bike path is easily accessible which was important to us.

We had a great weekend at this place. The house was as described, and very clean. A real moment of happiness to be able to enjoy the large garden and sun (ping pong, pétanque,etc.) ideal for relaxing before the marathon. A big thank you to Bérangère for his responsiveness and availability. I highly recommend it!

We had a lovely stay in Rachel’s beautiful home. The house was spotless and very well equipped with everything we needed for a week’s stay. And the garden and terrace are amazing! Rachel is super responsive and was very easy to contact with any questions. The book with suggestions of restaurants and places to visit was really useful. Great location and loved the chickens :). We would definitely stay again!

I stayed in Chamonix for 2 nights and 3 days, and I really didn't want to leave on the last day. The owner couple was so kind, and the view of Edimidi and Mont Blanc from the kitchen will never be forgotten. It was good for cooking, and it was not far from the Eguidi Midi cable car, so it was possible to move around on foot. The sound of birds in the morning, the cute cats that appeared in the middle, and the wonderful Mont Blanc view were so nice. I express my deepest gratitude to Silvian and Jangpol.

This was a lovely chalet with the most incredible views. Lots of space and the bonus of toys for our 6/9 year old grand children. We found having a car great to drive them 7 minutes to ski school but there were ski buses. Shops within a 10 minute walk. For us the nursery slope with a drag lift 2 minutes walk at the end of the road for tobogganing/skiing was a massive bonus for late afternoon fun. What more can you say when your 9 year old grandson says it was the best holiday he had ever had a didn’t want to leave (neither did we).

The stay with Amandine went very well! The setting of the accommodation is quiet and very nice, the accommodation is spacious and clean.

Very nice accommodation and very large, close to Iséta for professional training, very close to the lake and the bike path around the lake, at the end of the garden!! Quiet, clean and functional apartment, very pleasant host and provided with valuable local services. Bakery and restaurant just around the corner. Amazing!

Excellent pristine apartment in peaceful location. I used it as a base for cycling. Shower was good. Kitchen was great. I would stay again.

Great stay in this very functional, clean, well-equipped accommodation with plenty of storage. Géry is a very welcoming host who facilitated our check-in / check-out with flexible schedules and clear instructions. The accommodation is ideally located in the small village of Lullin (pharmacy crossroads from the bakery butcher shop) and 5’ from the ski resorts.

Great place in a great location. Really friendly hosts. Ideal for long weekend of skiing or summer activities in Alps. Immaculately clean. Central location is fantastic for getting around, but can be a bit noisy at night if you worry about that sort of thing!

Great place to stay for Ski and Mountain lovers. The apartment is very functional and with games and toys for kids. Our family loved to stay there and we will come back for sure!

Ghislaine was very accommodating, particularly as the booking was so last minute. The cosy and characterful apartment was very convenient for reaching the restaurants and amenities of Morzine and also getting outwards Avoriaz for higher altitude skiing, with the bus stopping outside the apartment block. I imagine it is also a great place to stay for the summer with the proximity to the beautiful mountains and all they can offer. Thanks for sharing your apartment!

The apartment is very well located in Samoens and the parking at the foot of the building is very convenient. Its south facing with balcony allows you to set up sunbeds and enjoy the mountain view. The accommodation has all the comforts: the kitchen is very well equipped with dishes in number for 10 people, the pots and pans are of quality. There is raclette and fondue sets. The living room allows you to reopen at 10. Highly recommend this apartment.

A cosy appartment with a phenomenal view, very well located in Arcs 1600 with direct access to ski slopes. Nice terrass too. Good parking place as well where the car is parked safe and shielded. Excellent communication and clear instructions on how to get there.
