This 75 m² two-bedroom apartment features a spacious 28 m² open-plan living and dining area, opening onto a 24 m² terrace and a private 120 m² garden for the exclusive use of the apartment. There are two bedrooms. Each can be arranged either with a king-size bed (180 × 200 cm) or with two single beds (90 × 200 cm). A baby cot or an extra bed can also be added to the larger bedroom if needed. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and more. The bathroom has a shower, and the toilet is separate. The apartment also offers Wi-Fi internet access, secure private parking within the property, and comfortable bedding.

It is located 20 minutes' walk from the Corniche and beach as well as the old port city center. Your nights will be under the stars and you will be awakened by the bells of the basilica. A 50 m2 terrace to have your breakfast and meals above the city and the sea. Parties and noise are forbidden between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. as well. Thanks for the neighborhood.

Apartment with south-facing terrace, very comfortable, quiet and bright, fully equipped. A stone's throw from the Pointe Rouge beach and its port, the Prado beaches, the Marseilleveyre massif, the coves, you will find here a peaceful corner for your family vacation. The apartment is close to the Orange Velodrome, access to the city center by metro bus (45 min). Sea shuttle 15 min walk with access to the old port and the estaque in season. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby

Gold's paradise

The apartment faces the sea with exceptional views and a pleasant terrace for aperitifs/dinner in front of the big blue, close to restaurants, beaches, coves and hiking trails. Water shuttle 20 m to Pointe Rouge and the old port from June to September and bus 300 m. There are about ten steps to access the accommodation and the bed in the room is raised 1 m, so I do not recommend it for people with reduced mobility. We live there if needed
