Charming Savoyard studio, skis at your feet.

Studio of 21m ² located in the center of the village of La Rosière, with access to the slopes. With a small balcony facing north, quiet with a view on the slopes. Equipped kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet. Private ski locker available in the residence 1 sofa bed, 1 bunk bed and 1 mezzanine. You can have bed linen in extra : - 20€ for the double bed - 13€ per single bed for the all journey. Free parking in front of the residence. Do not hesitate to contact me for more information.

Cosy design duplex nearly 40m2

In the very center of La ROSIERE, Residence Le Belvedere, next to ski lifts (the closest one is 150m walk and Rocher Noir is 450m walk), return on ski. Newly renovated (December 2024 by my partner and me ) duplex of almost 40 m² with very cosy and design touch, incredible views. It is south/west facing & provides breathtaking sunsets. Located next to shops and restaurants. Only 30 metres aways is: ski shop Intersport, bakery & cheese shop. No car needed during your stay. Ideal for 4-5 people.

In winter , at the foot of the Rosière slopes, in front of sports shops, departure from ski schools, daycare, restaurants, bars ... Perfect location. Open in summer... between flowery mountain pastures, hiking trails, and breathtaking views of the Tarentaise valley and the Mont Blanc massif.

Located in a small hamlet and on the top floor of our house, this studio offers a stay in the mountains in calm and serenity. You have a large space to rest after an active day or simply enjoy the setting, but be careful not to bump your head on the beam (1.70 m) Parking is available along the road and access to the house is via a 70 m steep path. Station 9 km away by shuttle or car, with stunning views of the Tarentaise Valley.

Small cozy accommodation of about 25 m2, for 2 guests maximum (1 SINGLE BED, 140 double bed) located in the mountains at 1300 m altitude south slope. The view and the calm will certainly rejuvenate you! 15 minutes from Bourg Saint Maurice, 10 minutes from La Rosière. Close to Italy and the Vanoise National Park. Great for hikers and cyclists. We speak English and Spanish . This home is not suitable for children or infants.

Spacious family apartment

Well positioned for bus service to both ski areas and both shopping centres throughout the day and alternatively it is only a short but steep walk to/from shops, bars and restaurants in centre of La Rosiere. Although a little small for 4 adults, it was exactly what we expected and very good value for what was provided. Although we did not use it, there is a washing machine, and with a hob, full size oven, microwave and table top cooking equipment it is very well equipped. There is a south facing balcony which gets the sun most of the day, and the views from it towards Sainte Foy, Les Arcs, La Plagne and Tignes, and down in the valley to Bourg St Maurice are exceptional. And we did love the skiing, and particularly the opportunity to ski over to the La Thuile ski area in Italy. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

What a cozy little nest this charming studio is!! No need for TV, the view is enough to occupy you for hours and hours!! All the comfort you need, the calm, the location and the great kindness of the host!!

A sleek bathroom features a freestanding bathtub and a modern glass shower enclosure. Textured stone wall contrasts with smooth surfaces, and a minimalist towel radiator is mounted nearby. Soft lighting enhances the clean lines and contemporary design.

Bright, spacious and harmonious accommodation, with good bedding. Ideally located because it is both quiet and within walking distance of the Eucherts slopes.

Perfect place, but I don't want to shout about it too much😁. No, really; no negative points! Key exchange, great even though I forgot to notify the person the day before!

Ophélie’s place was incredible. Her and Joel are nice, welcoming and provide a clean and peaceful home. The access to nature is phenomenal and the home had all the amenities we needed. We hope to have the opportunity to return one day!
