Apartment ideally located for walking in the resort. Departure for skiing 5min walk, close to all amenities and restaurants. Accustomed to the resort we enjoyed this apartment and the amenities it has. perfect stay for us! We will come back!

Such a lovely place to stay. So close to the slopes, the ski hire, and a food shop. Mélanie was incredibly helpful, even well before we stayed she was answering all of our questions. She kept us well informed throughout our stay and we have already expressed we’d love to come back!

From the first connection with Pascal everything has been so easy to arrange. Super flexible with our check in (and out), which when you have a load of ski gear is extremely helpful. The apartment itself does not disappoint. It is spotless, cosy and comfortable. A great place to rest those post boarding (at least in my case) muscles, especially the spa with its ultra powerful water jets (like getting a deep tissue massage). You can stand in the middle of the apartment and see the mountains in front and behind the building. The boot room is so well appointed and once you have your gear on, the Belle Etoile lift is just moments away. Close enough to town but not too close that it’s too noisy. I think you will struggle find a better place to stay in L2A than this. Go ahead and book it now!

Nice apartment, as described. Perfect for a couple and 2 children. Being on the ground floor can be a plus, easy to access. We had a lovely week's vacation.

We had a great time in this apartment. It is very well located, with easy access to shops and pharmacy via the stairs. The apartment is perfectly equipped, with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Communication was seamless, and the concierge was always available to answer our questions. We would highly recommend this place to stay and will gladly go back!

Ideally located for skiing from Belle Étoile but only 10 min walk to the new Jandri cable car. Very clean and beautifully decorated accommodation. Very nice balcony for lunches in the sun. Great view. Small downside that is not due to the host but to the incivility of the tenants of the residence: parking on the street is paid, so we appreciated the free parking of the residence but deplored the way the cars were parked. Some happily occupy 2 spaces for one car, which prevents others from enjoying the parking. That said, once you find a place for your vehicle, you don't move it for the week, everything is within a 10-minute walk. I recommend it without hesitation! Thanks to Alexia!

Sylvaine was very welcoming, also gave us all the information we needed to access the accommodation. The accommodation is very well equipped and very welcoming. For the ski holidays it is located between the resort of Les 7 Laux and Chamrousse so very well located. I would highly recommend this listing.

lovely!! Quiet, we took a very nice walk in Belledone during the day, starting on foot from the cottage. Norwegian bath on the way back... very classy.

Exceptional! We, our two teenagers, our two little ones of 6 and 2 and our dog LOVED IT! Everyone found their happiness in the house. Pros: The setting is beautiful. Close proximity to farms that sell great products, great walks or not far by car, a station 45’drive away. Eric is a legendary responsiveness, communication with him is clear. The house is spotless, there are all the necessary amenities, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable, the cinema room and the jacuzzi🤩🤩🤩, the garden is a perfect size, several spaces to rest, everyone can find a corner to be quiet, games available for all ages, in short we were absolutely won over. We have absolutely no complaints to make. Thanks again Eric. We hope to come back next time with some snow 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Small cozy, warm nest that allowed us to totally disconnect. The 5 members of our tribe were unanimous in saying that this home was welcoming and comforting. The beds are comfortable, the environment soothing and you feel good with the books, the games, the fireplace, the veranda, a very functional kitchen, a beautiful brightness. Not to mention the hospitality and personality of Marie No, a woman of great kindness, very warm and generous with a communicative smile and laughter, very attentive to her hosts. Marie No, you are one of those people that it's good to meet. Thanks to your equally kind husband, too. We'll make sure to come back, it was a short but enchanted break. See you soon!

Great week in Pamela's beautiful cottage. It feels like home. Comfortable, spacious, well-equipped, warm! Very close to St Jean de Maurienne for shopping, and the Bottières to enjoy the free shuttle to the station de la Toussuire. In short, a very good plan if we come back with the family. We had a lovely stay with my husband and two sons. The house and garden was beautiful and relaxing and we enjoyed sitting in the hot tub looking out at the mountains. Philippe met us at the house and showed us around, communication before arrival was perfect. It was located a little out of the way but we were aware of this beforehand and we had some nice days out. Would recommend.

The apartment is located just opposite a ski lift and a chairlift, at the start of the Mollard, which is also the starting point for ESF lessons. Very convenient with small children. The room is very nice with its 160 cm bed and plenty of storage. The sleeping area used for the children is very well arranged with the bunk bed and a small space next to it where our children played well. We enjoyed the board games available. From the balcony you could see the children skiing. Only mini drawback: balcony very often in the shade, but 20 m away there are sunny picnic tables, perfect for having coffee! We recommend this listing as well as the very family-friendly resort and with super nice ESF instructors.

Hello, we just stayed a week in this apartment, perfect description, very comfortable bedding. Shops nearby. I recommend this apartment for rent. We were 2 adults and 2 children.

Stéphanie's studio is well located, it is easy to access the slopes with the shuttle. Stéphanie is very responsive and responds very quickly to our requests. She is also very friendly. The studio has everything you need for a week on the mountain. I would recommend it!
