Small shower, perfect for quick, eco-friendly showers. Close to a beautiful tree-lined cemetery and plenty of restaurants on Rue de Sevran and Rue Saint-Maur. Two large rooms (loft style of 65 m2) open onto 7 large sunny windows overlooking the rooftops of historic Paris, 19th century apartment renovated by a film decorator, combining the charm of the old with modern comfort. Elevator, double glazing, air conditioning, 180 bed, large dressing room, large screen HD TV, fiber optic, equipped kitchen, bathtub... make it a place of great comfort, quiet and relaxing in a lively and very current neighborhood where art and culture are in the spotlight.

Located in a typically Parisian old building, the apartment is a large and bright 50sqm (538ft2) 1-bedroom apartment, newly renovated and decorated by an architect (myself). You can feel the atmosphere of both traditional Parisian and contemporary retro styles. The location is ideal in the 10th district, on the edge of the 3rd district, at very short walking distance of the hip and popular districts of Le Marais, Canal Saint-Martin, rue du Château d'Eau, and rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis.

La vue surplombe Paris de Montparnasse au Sacré Coeur. L'appartement dispose d'une petite cuisine avec un équipement basique. Equipements fournis : Draps, serviettes, produits d'hygiène basiques. Merci de noter que vous sejournez chez quelqu'un, ce n'est pas un appart-hôtel. Entrée autonome. Pas de wifi.

Located in the heart of the 20th arrondissement, you'll be a stone's throw from shops, typical cafés and restaurants. With excellent transport links (metro lines 3 and 11 nearby), you can easily explore the whole of Paris.

Our apartment has been completely renovated. It is very functional, bright and gives way to a large living room of 40 square meters with a fully equipped open kitchen (Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, etc.) The bedroom has a queen size bed. The living room overlooks the street and the bedroom overlooks the courtyard. This charming two-room apartment of 65 square meters is located at the foot of Père Lachaise and benefits from large food shops and restaurants.

Covid-19: To ensure the highest level of safety, we follow the cleaning rules recommended by Airbnb, we use a bleach disinfectant spray. Refurbished, friendly and warm 60 m2 vintage apartment. It is quiet overlooking courtyard and bright. This apartment is at the foot of the Ménilmontant metro station, a rapidly changing area with many local shops, close to the Jean-Pierre Timbaud, Oberkampf, Belleville and Père Lachaise districts.
