Located on the 4th floor, without elevator access, guaranteed tranquility once you arrive, overlooking the courtyard. Fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Small shower, perfect for quick, eco-friendly showers. Close to a beautiful tree-lined cemetery and plenty of restaurants on Rue de Sevran and Rue Saint-Maur. Please note that this is the apartment where I live :)

Charming nest in the middle of the trees, perched on a street corner in the heart of the 20th. Very bright and nicely renovated, the apartment has a large main room with a real living room and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen overlooking the rooftops of Paris. You will find all the neighborhood shops, restaurants and bars at the bottom of the building. The Gambetta metro station and the Père-Lachaise cemetery are a 5-minute walk away. On the other side, the small staircases of Ménilmontant.

La vue surplombe Paris de Montparnasse au Sacré Coeur. L'appartement dispose d'une petite cuisine avec un équipement basique. Equipements fournis : Draps, serviettes, produits d'hygiène basiques. Merci de noter que vous sejournez chez quelqu'un, ce n'est pas un appart-hôtel. Entrée autonome. Pas de wifi.

Our apartment has been completely renovated. It is very functional, bright and gives way to a large living room of 40 square meters with a fully equipped open kitchen (Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, etc.) The bedroom has a queen size bed. The living room overlooks the street and the bedroom overlooks the courtyard. This charming two-room apartment of 65 square meters is located at the foot of Père Lachaise and benefits from large food shops and restaurants.

You will enjoy the typical neighborhood life of the 20th arrondissement, in a cocoon perched on the 6th floor (no elevator), offering an unobstructed view of a park. Many bars and restaurants within walking distance, Belleville Park 15 minutes away, metro 2 and 3 to easily access the center of Paris in 15 minutes. The apartment is well equipped, with a video projector available for quiet evenings.

Covid-19: To ensure the highest level of safety, we follow the cleaning rules recommended by Airbnb, we use a bleach disinfectant spray. Refurbished, friendly and warm 60 m2 vintage apartment. It is quiet overlooking courtyard and bright. This apartment is at the foot of the Ménilmontant metro station, a rapidly changing area with many local shops, close to the Jean-Pierre Timbaud, Oberkampf, Belleville and Père Lachaise districts.

Kai's Kitchen Paris

As a food lover, I have created a very personal and unique space for fellow foodies. Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. The apartment has many original features with a private terrace, bedroom with a double sofa bed, and an original small retro bathroom. While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.
