Located on the 4th floor, without elevator access, guaranteed tranquility once you arrive, overlooking the courtyard. Fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Small shower, perfect for quick, eco-friendly showers. Close to a beautiful tree-lined cemetery and plenty of restaurants on Rue de Sevran and Rue Saint-Maur. Please note that this is the apartment where I live :)

Very bright and nicely renovated, the apartment has a large main room with a real living room and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen overlooking the rooftops of Paris. You will find all the neighborhood shops, restaurants and bars at the bottom of the building. The Gambetta metro station and the Père-Lachaise cemetery are a 5-minute walk away. It is quiet overlooking courtyard and bright. This apartment is at the foot of the Ménilmontant metro station, a rapidly changing area with many local shops, close to the Jean-Pierre Timbaud, Oberkampf, Belleville and Père Lachaise districts.
