on the sixth floor, elevator, overlooking a very quiet courtyard. Refurbished. Very "safe" (especially if you are a woman). I live in the building. Ideal for exploring the city of Paris, but also our very Parisian and very friendly neighborhood. Lots of small shops and transport. This very pleasant bobo-chic neighborhood offers a very Parisian atmosphere, with many cafes, restaurants and cultural activities. This is my own apartment: you will feel at home, for a typical Parisian experience.

Very well located on Rue Oberkampf in the hype 11th district, the apartment is perfect for travelers visiting the city while valuing the perks of a trendy neighborhood. Surroundings offer plenty of options for food, music, bars, cafés, terraces and rooftops, as well as parks nearby (Parc de Belleville and Buttes-Chaumont). It is also a 30 seconds walk to subway Ménilmontant and has a city-bike stand just underneath.

2-room apartment Père Lachaise

Charming renovated old apartment a stone's throw from the Père Lachaise metro. Quiet and unobstructed views on the 4th floor with elevator access. Very nice sun at the end of the day in the summer, west facing. The apartment has been renovated to be comfortable, clean and secure while keeping its authentic character. Great for couples visiting the capital!

Large duplex in a private lane in Ménilmontant

The apartment is on the back of a private wooded and very quiet lane. It is under the duplex rooftops on the 3 floor, without an elevator. It had been arranged by a couple of architects to make it their home; it is both functional, warm and very bright. No TV but a piano ... and lots of scores; for piano of course but also for choir and tenor.
