The apartment is tip-top furnished. Everything is very clear and extremely clean. David helped us very well and quickly with all emerging questions. Communication was always friendly and pleasant. What we also particularly liked: The short distances to the bakery and to the center of Grimaud with the tempting restaurants in the middle of the cozy village idyll.

The apartment is very nice and tastefully decorated. There's nothing missing. The living-dining room is chic, the bed comfortable, the kitchen perfectly equipped and the bathroom super! Everything is very clean and well maintained. Another highlight is the beautiful balcony with fragrant orange bushes. Check-in is via a key box, so you are independent in terms of time. The very quiet location in the village was perfect for us. Within walking distance you can reach the center with several lovely restaurants and shops. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be happy to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay. Elsa was responsive. Arthur’s father was adorable and checked in on us to make sure all clean. We were attending a 5 day wedding at the Beavallon so it was close and convenient. Few tips. 1) If you’re driving from Saint Maxime’s side, don’t follow google maps up the narrow streets. It’s better to stay on the Rte de Littoral and turn at the roundabout next to the Plage de Guerreville. You will pass Just’in Cafe on the right before the roundabout - a much easier straight shot up the Chem de Guerreville until you hit the street the unit is on. Walking it’s all uphill even though not far probably 1/2 mile maybe but easy coming down it towards the Beavallon. If you’re driving from St Tropez, ok use google maps 2) amenities as listed 3) if you’re staying several days w adult women, bring toilet paper. There were only 2 rolls. We asked where they keep it and host responded they don’t. No biggie just a hassle. Easy to prep if know ahead of time. Enjoy!

We wish we could have stayed longer! What a gorgeous house in a pretty village. Valerie greeted us and was so patient when our drive took longer than anticipated. The rooftop balcony does require climbing 3 flights of stairs, but the view is well worth it. The kitchen is well-stocked and we ate several meals at home during our stay. We also enjoyed several meals out in Grimaud including one particularly memorable dinner at “O Grimo Zen” for fabulous Asian fusion. I had to work remotely during part of our stay and the WiFi was strong and dependable. Overall - it was one of the best airbnb experiences we have had in recent years. We cannot wait to return!

Before arriving, we received all the necessary information via Airbnb chat . The communication with Josette was always hassle-free, responses were informative and timely. The small village of La-Garde-Freinet is located in the mountains and offers a very good bakery, a small cheese shop, a small spar supermarket that supplies you with the most necessary and several coffees and restaurants in the central square. The place is well located for exploring the surrounding area (allow driving time over winding roads with nice views). Josette's house is lovingly furnished down to the last detail. The two floors of the old house are narrowly cut, each corner is very well used. We felt very comfortable from the first moment, the cleanliness, wonderful decor and ambiance made it easy to feel right at home. We would book the house again anytime! THANKS!

Pros: Apartment extremely well located for visiting the area, close to transport (especially by boat) and basic shops (Auchan/Super U, pharmacy, etc.). Very well decorated and organized, though a little small. Ideal for a couple or a single person. Super easy access to the beach as well as a swimming pool in the complex, which is very good. Cons: If you want to cook, there is little space to store food in the kitchen. Also, a little disappointed to have paid a supplement for linens, but to have had only the bare minimum (one dish towel for several days, no hand towels, etc.) All in all a great stay, we highly recommend it!

Dominique and her husband have created a paradise, an oasis of calm. Staying with them was perfect all around. Starting with the warm, personal welcome, the valuable tips, the beautiful house with its own terrace and garden, the fantastic pool with indescribable views, to the personal farewell. The small house is very tasteful, high quality and modernly furnished, very clean. Private parking on the property. The walkable village offers some nice restaurants and a few small shops. Relaxation at the highest level is guaranteed. In reality, it is even more beautiful than in the photos. The hosts do everything to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend a stay!

We had a great stay and this was only a 15 minute drive to the city center. The host was very timely and responsive and helped us navigate the mosquitoes! The air conditioning was absolutely amazing in the Summer heat. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed. I would stay here again in a heart beat.
