Vacation rentals with lake access in Les Allues

We had a wonderful stay at Emmanuelle’s amazing property. Great location with the lake being down the road, with easy access for a swim! Kitchen has great cooking utensils, would recommend cooking in Talloires as restaurants are quite expensive for what you get. We had quick communication and responses with any queries from Emmanuelle and she was lovely when we bumped into her! Will be returning one day :-)

Beautiful stay at Adeline's, very nice house, living room, terrace and balcony with a great view! Breakfast on the terrace with the birds singing was perfect! We'll be happy to come back 👍

Family of 6 aged from 6 years to 72 years old and we all had such a great time at this beautiful house. Lots of room for all of us. The amenities were fab and kept all of us entertained, the games room is such an added bonus and so happy that the owners choose to share that and not lock it off - think we all become frustrated F1 drivers by the end of our stay! Bedrooms were really comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Very quiet and peaceful, lovely walk to the lake and we enjoyed the bikes to cycle along the cycle route. We wished we could’ve stayed longer but due to another booking we could only stay for 3 nights, would not hesitate to recommend or return.

Armand is really a great host! Super friendly and available. Very well located accommodation (a few minutes walk to the lake) in a peaceful and easily accessible residential area. Everything was very clean, and the bedding really comfortable.

We had a great time at Chantale's, even though the weather was a little unpredictable. The view is incredible, the accommodation impeccable, extremely clean and tastefully decorated. Chantale is very welcoming and gave us some good addresses to visit

Fantastic location ! Large and neatly furnished accommodation. Wonderful balcony on 2 sides of the accommodation with excellent seats and even sun loungers. The only downside is the main road between the accommodation and the lake. This will cause some noise pollution. Cycling in the area is recommended, perfect bike paths around the lake. Very nice location. We had the pleasure of having snow and enjoyed the beautiful landscape. the bedding is comfortable and the area quiet .

Very nice apartment with awesome terrace and sunloungers. Close to the lake and some nice little beaches. Hervé and Eléonore were very welcoming and gave good recommendations for activities in the area. We enjoyed our time and can recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Lake Annecy. The apartment was very clean, modern and comfortable. We enjoyed having the use of a private garden. It is located only a short distance to the lake and local restaurants and bakery. We also appreciated the use of the two electric bikes.

Michelle offers a very pleasant place to live in, close to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. The accommodation is described, small but well equipped and very functional. In good weather, you have to take advantage of the sunny terrace of the garden. We had a very pleasant stay in Saint-Jorioz and, although we did meet our hosts, the communication was clear and very cordial. Michelle has offered games for children, bikes for walks and is very attentive to her tenants. Annecy is beautiful but also all the small villages around the lake. We particularly recommend the beach/pool of Saint Jorioz, within walking distance!

We've spent a great vacation in St. Jorioz at the lake - it really is a treasure. The cottage is situated right by the lake and offers great views of the mountains, the lake, and the paragliders flying over it. We've had our bikes with us and hardly used the car to get all around the lake. The Boulangerie du Lac is just a few minutes away and offers great french pastries for breakfast and sandwiches to take on trips, various rental places for sailboates and paddle boards at reasonable prices are also near by.

Quietly nestled in the small hamlet of St Martin overlooking the Chéran Valley, the house is very pleasant to live in. This restored old farmhouse has kept its authenticity while offering perfect comfort. The large garden has stunning views of the vast landscape. The area is preserved, surrounded by farms that produce very good products to discover. A few km away, in the village of Lescheraines , you will find everything you need. Great stay so at Yves and Aline's who made us feel very welcome.

A wonderful house with a homely atmosphere, rich in amenities and equipment and good spacious rooms. charming dining area on a lovely terrace in the garden, all surrounded by lush nature on all sides and the lake a stone's throw away. There is great calm around the house. The area offers plenty of opportunities for entertainment and activities. The host is very welcoming and helpful. We would very much like to return.

Our children had countless opportunities to play in the garden and by the water – boredom did not exist here. In the evening, sitting on the terrace, watching the sun set over the lake while a discreet laugh echoes somewhere – we have rarely breathed as deeply as here. This was our best holiday. A place you want to come back to.
