We offer this nice 18 m2 studio in the mountains⛰️, which we bought and renovated entirely by ourselves. It is located in the 7 Laux resort in Prapoutel. It is at the foot of the mountain bike and hiking trails.🥾 Summer activity: swimming pool 💦 just opposite, tree climbing, archery... 10 min walk to shops. It sleeps 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults, there is a click-clack for 2 people (bultex comfort mattress) and a 120 cm loft bed (memory shape mattress).

Village cottage

The cottage is attached to our house and independent. A mezzanine with double bed, and on the ground floor in the main room, a single bed equipped with a pull-out bed that can sleep a 4th person. It is a small village of Belledonne, 30 minutes from the 7 Laux ski resort at the start of hiking trails with many road bike and mountain bike routes. A movie theater 7 km away in the valley the pleasure of meeting and sharing homemade jams!

The balcony, terrace and garden offer panoramic views of the lake and mountains. The terrace is equipped with a brazier table, you can enjoy this outdoor cooking space and spend convivial moments around the wood fire. Snowshoes, sleds, hiking trails at your disposal
