The apartment is very well located for business or holidays. The ceiling and the bed upstairs, you have to be agile because the stairs are steep and above all there is a lack of storage for things. Otherwise the apartment is very clean. Very good condition with a beautiful view.

Very nice apartment, beautiful view, private parking space. close to the beaches, shopping mall Florence is a charming person who listens to the customer.

The accommodation was impeccable: very clean, well maintained, and perfectly as advertised. Everything was available for a great stay, whether in terms of equipment, comfort or cleanliness. We will come back without hesitation if the opportunity arises, and we recommend it without a second thought!

The four of us spent a month in this place. The location is great, with stunning views, central but quiet. The apartment is perfectly equipped, especially the kitchen where nothing is missing and where you can cook with pleasure. Everything is as shown in the pictures, very tidy and clean. Fanny and Mika were extremely kind and helpful, whether it was offering us fruit from the garden or keeping unwanted guests away from the apartment (we were visited by a centipede and an iguana frightened by the cat). We'll be happy to go back!

Easy access accommodation, 10 min walk to Datcha beach. Manuel is very responsive and gave us some great places to visit.

Anaïs was outside for work when we arrived, so Marcellus welcomed us with his huge smile. He was very nice and took the time to walk us through the space. During the stay, Anaïs was easy to reach, friendly and very generous. The place is just beautiful. Tastefully decorated, a sense of fullness emerges. Ideal place to relax with stunning views of Pigeon Islands and breathtaking sunsets, whether on the ground floor balcony during a good meal or the upper floor balcony while taking a bath. Kitchen was well equipped. There are three convenience stores nearby. The bedding was cozy and cozy. The geographical location is ideal for Malendure beach, the nearby waterfalls or any other tourist attractions about 30 to 60 minutes' drive away (Coffee Museum, Souffrière, etc.). Aurélie's studio is a real cozy nest, a cocoon. Perfectly clean, it has everything we usually need . The 180 degree view of the sea and the Gosier Island from this studio is a perpetual enchantment. Just be aware that the hotel of the residence organizes fairly regularly parties especially on Sundays from 2pm to 11pm which are very noisy. Aurélie as well as the syndic regularly reports it to the director who will hopefully, by imposing absolute calm in this paradise.

Excellent stay. The listing was a perfect fit, located in a private residence, peaceful (albeit a little old-fashioned). We had a slight apprehension about the water outages, but water bottles were available to make up for it, which was very appreciated. The mobile network was sometimes weak inside (especially shutters closed), which asked me for some organization for remote work, but getting through my calls was also an opportunity to enjoy the sea air. Thank you again for hosting us and for a pleasant experience!

Charming and warm apartment, Guadeloupean-style decoration with very pretty paintings that can be bought in some stores in St. François or St. Anne. The outdoor living area is lovely. Numerous quality amenities. All the comforts are there. In summary, excellent services. Titou is always attentive and very helpful. Recommended.

We had a great time at Anne Charlotte's place. The location was ideally located, close to the marina with these activities and restaurants. There is parking nearby where there are always spaces. The apartment is as described, well thought out in terms of amenities, bright and well ventilated.

Had a lovely stay. The accommodation matches the photos: very spacious, carefully decorated, impeccable and above all extremely well equipped: both for cooking (utensils, appliances, etc.) and for relaxing, with an excellent internet connection and a huge TV. The accommodation is ideally located in a secure complex, close to the hotels of Gosier. Beaches are within 5 minutes, shops nearby, as well as a bakery and several fast food restaurants. The airport is only 20 minutes away by car. The host and their team were super responsive and friendly (late arrival and early departure). Small downside: the complex pool is reserved for hotel guests. That said, it's a small detail compared to the overall quality of the accommodation. My favorite moment? Wake up with a sea view, without leaving the bed, simply by raising the blinds with the remote control. A real break of happiness. Recommended!

Very nice apartment, nice location in Gosier. Communication with the property managers was excellent, they are very attentive and responsive to ensure that the stay goes smoothly. The apartment is very well-equipped, clean, and convenient to use. I would recommend it in a second.

We stayed for a week at Catherine's place and loved the place. Catherine and her daughter were very attentive and always available quickly to answer us or help us. Here are the pluses: the iguanas in the tree that were present almost every day to enhance our days, nature, the cleanliness of the accommodation, the pool to cool off, the beauty of the site and its decorations For the -: the noise, when we booked, we did not know that the 2 Airbnb was one above the other (ours was the one at the top). So the noise from the rail doors to get into the home was important, which can be upsetting early in the morning or late at night. Luckily we had very discreet neighbors. 🙂 For the rest everything was perfect from check-in to checkout. We recommend it +++

We had a wonderful stay. Mélodie and Guillaume are very welcoming and caring hosts. Everything is designed to make you feel good! The accommodation is a peaceful oasis, facing nature. Every detail is part of this experience. The calm of the forest and animals is conducive to disconnection. The terrace is incredible and allows you to relax after a good day of walking with all the activities in the surroundings. Quality accommodation located in a quiet and pleasant area. The nearby shop is very useful and within walking distance. The environment is suitable for walking. Good welcome and very clear instructions. We had a great time.

We had an unforgettable stay at Domi’s place! The view was absolutely stunning — waking up to those landscapes every morning felt like a dream. The space was peaceful, beautiful, and perfectly located to explore the area. What made it even more special was our host, who was incredibly sweet and welcoming. She made us feel right at home and gave us amazing local recommendations that truly made our trip. We can’t wait to come back!

We had an all-around perfect time with Serge and Sylvie! The place is lovely, very well maintained and ideal for two people, we really didn't miss anything. Particularly noteworthy are the lovingly landscaped garden and the hot tub, which is ideal for relaxing. Serge and Sylvie were always available, extremely accommodating and helpful and yet we always had our privacy. Their tips for the area were super helpful and they helped immediately and easily with a small medical incident. We felt comfortable from the start and would come back any time if in the area.

We had a relaxing time at Alice and Jules' place. They were very welcoming and made us feel at home with complementary water, pineapple and biscuits on arrival. We were treated to a yummy coconut ice cream made by Alice. The facilities were just as described. and we enjoyed the jacuzzi a few times. The surroundings is very peaceful and we had the opportunity to visit the beach and local restaurant. I highly recommend Alice and Jules place for a relaxing getaway.

My stay at the Gîtes de la Réserve was excellent at every level! Naïdy is welcoming and very kind, I was able to discover some new Guadeloupe spots that I did not know thanks to her recommendations! The cottage is ideally located in Basse Terre with breathtaking views from morning to night (sunset guaranteed over the Cousteau reserve). The listing is as described with garden and jacuzzi available. Not far from a crossroads and leader price, not far from local fruit and vegetable sales and nearby restaurants (Bouillante and Malendure). If I return to Guadeloupe, I will be sure to come back to this area. 😃 See you next time, Naïdy!

A super comfortable little cocoon! Margaux even lent us her daughter's toys for our little one, it was a very appreciated gesture! Really a nice find with a small beach within walking distance. We took the car to visit the rest of the island, it's very central!
