Family-friendly vacation rentals in Leros

It was our first time in Greece and as young women, sometimes it is pretty dainting to know whether the places you visit will be safe. Let me tell you, if I ever had to go back to one place on Earth, that would be Kalymnos, and a big part of it had to do with the amazing hospitality and treatment we got from Stefanos. From the first moment he sent us very clear instructions on how to find the apartment, was very responsive to any questions we had and welcomed us to the island with many recommendations on things to do. His place is very well located within a very short walking distance from the port and city center of Pothia. The apartment is pretty big, at least for us, as we spent most of the day outside. It had two balconies, a huge bathroom and very nice kitchen. On our last day we had to depart a few hours after check out and Stefanos did us a HUGE favor by letting us leave our bags at the apartment. Thank you so much for everything, we are already planning a trip to come back! :)

Fantastisk 3-dages bådtur med Mustafa i Bodrum Vi havde en utrolig 3-dages bådtur med Mustafa i Bodrum. Fra start til slut var det en afslappende og mindeværdig oplevelse. Maden var fantastisk – frisk og velsmagende tyrkisk mad, som vi nød i solnedgangen. Vi sov på dækket under stjernerne, hvilket var helt magisk. Mustafa tog os til smukke, skjulte bugter, hvor vi svømmede i det klare, blå vand. Ingen stress, kun ro og afslapning. Mustafa og hans besætning sørgede for, at vi havde det godt hele vejen. En perfekt måde at opleve Bodrum på – varmt anbefalet!

Maria's place was clean and well situated for crags (i.e afternoon wall, spartan wall, grande gotta etc. Close enough to walk to Stala's and water. Kitchen was well equipped given that it was only a studio. Great spot for a couple. Balcony would be fun in the summer.

Villa del mar far exceeded our expectations. Peace and quiet 5 minutes scooter away from the busier parts of the island. Private beach at the end of the garden and all the amenities we could have dreamt of. Morning swim, read in the sun in the hammock, lunch in the shade - perfect. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, everything has been thought through really well. George speaks perfect English and is extremely helpful and kind. The lovely couple who attended to the house regularly was extremely thoughtful, discreet and efficient. We will be coming back!

Great house and very comfortable in Türkbuku. Gets a bit noisy from the music in town after 7pm but amazing views from the house and very roomy and spacious place inside.

if I could give 6 stars I would. Niki and Thanos were excellent hosts, providing everything they could to ensure our holiday was extra special. The properties on this small complex are amazing and the views incredible. Anna, Poppy and Anna (the house keeping staff) were supper helpful, lovely and friendly. This rental is very special and my wife and I can't wait to come back next year. Thank you Niki

Great location , wonderful place and fantastic host Erkan who was super helpful and proactive with his communication . The house is perfectly located with close proximity to the marina and amenities , groceries . We also rented a car and access from the area was super easy . We highly recommend this place for families or a big group . We will surely come again !

This AIRBNB was the highlight of our trip - total magic. We enjoyed the peace and isolation - nestled at the northern tip of the island. The view is surreal! The host Thanasis is a kind soul and communication was effortless.

An amazing house full of character and charm. Very tastefully decorated and fully equipped. The view from the rooftop veranda / balcony towards the bay is amazing and the internal courtyard has provided us with calming and enjoyable family time. We were a group of 10 and the house was the perfect size for us. Oscar and Rachel were very responsive to address the issues that had arisen

Emplacement idyllique, et hôte ultra réactif. Le seul problème c’est que du coup on n’avait plus envie de partir! Merci Giorgos c’était super!

The house, in general, is very good. It is spacious, with almost all expected amenities and fits easily 8 people. Some things that you should know: - One bathroom is en-suite in one of the bedrooms. - The wifi provided is basically via a usb stick, so you will need to bring your laptop with you. - The bunk beds in one of the rooms are big enough for adults too. - The veranda has an amazing view and it is spacious enough for 8 people to all sit and chill. BUT, the taverna on the street below hosts some big parties (panigiri) which last until late at night, playing really loud music. We stayed for 6 nights and 2 out of those, the taverna had this party, so we couldn't really enjoy the house nor we were able to sleep properly due to the music coming into the house, even with all windows and doors closed. The house is very isolated and you wouldn't expect something like this to happen since it is not a townhouse.

Super gelegen in Mirties, nah zu Restaurants, Shops und Supermärkten. Unser Zimmer entsprach nicht ganz den Fotos, war dafür aber etwas weiter von der Straße entfernt und daher sehr ruhig gelegen. Check-In und Check-Out waren sehr einfach.

The Villa is a special property. Off the main road but very peaceful and with views to die for. The terraces and pool were the jewel in the crown. The Villa is very comfortable, suitable for 3 couples given the space and twin bathrooms. The amenities are all there. Gregory was a very responsive host, both before we arrived and during our stay. Leros is a great island destination in the Dodecanese and Villa Agnantia a excellent choice. You need a car (or must like walking up hill) but the restaurants and beaches of Agia Marina and Panteli are close and excellent. There are many shops in Lakki so getting supplies is easy. All in all, highly recommended!

Très bon séjour. Maison très agréable en particulier les nouvelles chambres à l étage refaites à neuf, spacieuses. Vue mer. Très calme. Avec restaurants et market à proximité. Accueil très chaleureux et réactivité très apprécié. Un grand merci à Vlasios.

Beautiful home, stunning views, will book again soon. Hosts were lovely people, very responsive, packed the frig with delicious foods and snacks, very hospitable.

Dimitris is a wonderful host. Responsive always within an hour. He gave us great recommendations and met us on arrival. The village of Zia is a 5 minute walk from the accommodation. It has lots of restaurants with great food choices, great shops and the sunset never disappoints. I’d definitely recommended Dimitris’s place for a relaxing retreat in Kos!

Villa Sophia is a rare gem and exceeds expectations. Panos’ stewardship over the property is unmatched. He goes above and beyond any typical host and ensures a peaceful and welcomed stay. I hosted a wedding for 13 people and the enjoyment we had seemed limitless. This is the perfect place to host a small wedding, event, retreat or vacation. I 100% recommend staying in Pàtmos with Panos, it enriches the experience.

Narenciye ağaçlarının içerisinde 3 villadan oluşan bir cennet adeta. - Havuz gerçekten muhteşem. Fotoğraftakilerden daha da büyük. 150 cm derinliğinde. - Tamamen doğa ile iç içesiniz. Her yer yeşillik. Hamakta uzanıp doğayı seyretmek çok güzeldi. - Süpermarket, fırın, kasap gibi yerlere yürüme mesafesinde. Araba ile 5-10 dk mesafede tüm ihtiyaçlarınızı halledebiliyorsunuz. Evden 15 dk yürüyüş ile Kadıkalesi Halk Plajına ulaşabiliyorsunuz. - Emre Bey, Raşit Bey ve Nurten Hanım çok yardımcı oldular. - Evlerde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey mevcut. (Mikrodalga, tost makinesi, çaycı, kahve makinesi, bulaşık makinesi vs.) Geliştirilmesi gereken noktalar olarak belirtmek istediklerim : - Evlerde bulunan yataklar biraz eski gibi. Çok rahat edemediğimizi belirtmek isterim. - Hijyen konusunda biraz daha dikkatli olunabilir. - Evlerden en azından bir tanesinde bir fırın olsa güzel olabilirdi. Özetle; biz çok memnun kaldık. Önümüzdeki senelerde de gelmek için planlarımızı yapmaya başladık.

We had a great stay at Mourat's farm house. The views from the 2nd floor balcony were wonderful. We watched shooting stars each night from the balcony. The house itself was beautifully decorated and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped as well. Fans are supplied in each room but it can get warm upstairs. We were able to sleep fine but for those sensitive to heat at night, it may not be enough for you. This likely isn't an issue outside of the heat of the peak summer months. It is worth noting that there is a second unit that was rented out while we were there. It is very close to the main house so you can easily hear the people when they are outside. Since we needed to have the windows open given there is no A/C..we would hear them while we were going to sleep. Overall it was still a great stay but if you are looking for a secluded place, you will only find it if the other unit is not rented out during your stay. Lastly the restaurant next to the farm house was amazing!

Yılbaşı tatili için kiraladığımız 1+1 Dairede her şey gösterildiği gibiydi. Bir tepeye konumlandırılmış küçük bir kompleks içerisinde altlı üstlü 2-3 kattan oluşan bağımsız daireler yer alıyor. İşletmenin yerleştiği tepelik alanın da katkısıyla dairelerin hepsi denizi görüyor ve gümbet sahilini gören muhteşem bir manzarası var. Bu manzara hem salon hem yatak odasından görülebiliyor. Daire içerisinde tüm beyaz eşyalar mevcut ve tüm malzemeler kaliteli. İşletmenin bu kompleksi kurduğu tarih kaynaklı bazı eşyalarda hafif kullanılmışlık hissediliyor fakat yine de daireler iyi muhafaza edilmiş ve bakımlı. Temizlik konusunda büyük bir sıkıntı görmedik, işletme sorumlularıyla kolay iletişim kurabiliyorsunuz. Tek eksik hem salonda hem de yatak odasında TV olmasına rağmen smart TV olmamalarıydı. Evde vakit geçirirken bizi zorladı fakat bunda da çalışanlar HDMI kablosu temin ederek yardımcı oldular. Ek olarak dairede en azından salonda halı olması her açıdan daha iyi olabilirdi.

Bu sene de geçen sene gibi Mahir Bey in evinde konakladık. Annesi Nesrin Hanım bizleri kapıda karşıladı, gelmeden çayımızı bile demlemiş. Ailem ile çok keyifli bir tatil yapma imkanı bulmuş oldum. Kendinizi evinizde gibi hissedebileceğiniz bir yer burası. Sitenin kendi kullanımına ait bir sahil olanağı olması (bir miktar merdiven inmeniz gerekli, dilerseniz yarısını aracınız ile gidebilirsiniz), kendi özel iskelesi olması çok temiz ve berrak sularla buluşmanıza olanak sağlıyor. Herşey için teşekkürler, seneye yine ilk tercihlerimiz arasında olacak.

Dimitra thought of everything. The place feels exactly like home. Perfect stay especially with kids.Everything you need in a kitchen. She even gave us some products to cook, including olive oil. Gave us very tasty pomegranate from the garden and some peppers. Bathroom has washing machine which was very handy. She has thought of every little thing which you generally either forget or decide not to bring because of luggage limits. Place is walking distance from the beach (literally 2 minutes), perfect sunset. We had very nice stay and already recommended the place to my family members with kids. Definitely would come and stay again.
