Highly recommended, it was a very cozy place, the host's attention was very friendly, the place was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet.

The truth is that I loved the stay, clean, everything in order, the owner's attention was very kind, fast and polite, my children were happy and comfortable there, the truth is that we were happy, my family and I thank the owner for everything and thank you very much, we were fascinated.

Excellent attention from Pedro, although the reservation was with little time, he had it ready without a problem and was attentive on our arrival. House is very clean and organized. One point in favor is that it is central (approximately 2kms away from the important points of Toluca), the colony is very quiet and there are several businesses nearby where you can buy what you need for your stay. The kitchen has what you need to prepare your food and if necessary, put them in the refrigerator. 3 blocks past public transport that takes you to various points of the city and the house also has a parking space for your vehicle. Excellent host, thank you very much Pedro, we will definitely be back.

OUR STAY IN TOLUCA-METEPEC WAS VERY PLEASANT LARGELY DUE TO THE LOCATION OF THIS ACCOMMODATION, WHICH IS IN A STRATEGIC POINT OF MANY PLACES OF INTEREST, WHILE BEING COMFORTABLE, EASY TO ACCESS, AND QUIET AT NIGHT WHICH HELPS YOU REST. THE PLACE IS SPACIOUS, LIGHT AND VENTILATED. BUT ABOVE ALL, GRACIELA'S ATTENTION WAS PROMPT AND VERY KIND. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION!! WE HAD A GREAT TIME. DEFINITELY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Excellent location, everything was very good

The place was as shown in the photos, Celeste was very attentive and was very flexible with the arrival time, the apartment has what you need, there is privacy and the place is very clean, I definitely recommend it and I would stay again since the location is excellent as it has supermarkets and places to eat very close by. I am grateful to Celeste for all the attention.

A gem in a beautiful city that is Toluca. private security entrance, spacious, everything one needs to be comfortable and an amazing price! Would stay here again 10/10 next time I come to Beautiful Toluca!

It has become the best place to stay. Perfect location, excellent security and the apartment and its view is unparalleled in the city.

We absolutely loved our stay. We actually left another Airbnb that had some issues. We were traveling with our toddler and they assisted us with an easy transition, same day booking, and early check in. The property is very clean. We loved all of the windows and the balcony. Great views from the balcony, it does get a little loud with the street below but we resolved that with some ear plugs from the 24hr high end grocery store across the street. Water stayed hot. They offer free washer and dryers and provided soap which was a great bonus. Plenty of food options and parks nearby. Loved the soap choices in the shower and the window in the shower was also great. Mexico City always feels safe but having the 24hr security guard is an extra step of service that’s always welcomed. Thank you so much we look forward to returning.

I had a great stay at Ricardo's place in Polanco! Its location on Avenida Presidente Masaryk meant that it was extremely walkable and close to all of the main restaurants, parks, and shopping in Polanco. The daily housekeeping was a welcome surprise, and the rooftop patio and gym were great additions to the stay. Ricardo was also extremely accommodating when there was some construction noise in my original apartment and was able to move me to a quieter unit the same day.
