Beachfront vacation rentals in Leptokarya

When we first stumbled upon this flat on AirBnB, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Todor is the most thoughtful, gracious host. He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The apartment is just perfect and the view is incredible! The beds are comfortable, bathrooms and terraces are excellent. Todor had excellent boat charter recommendations and was of great help. He went way beyond to make our holiday comfortable and memorable. Thanks Todor for the good time!

We had a great stay. Place is just across the most beautiful part of Agia Triada beach, where the beach is wide. There is always enough parking in front of the building, neighbours are so nice, they even served us home made cakes, and invited our kids to play with their children, you have a feeling that you are guest in a community of a kind. Dimitris is very responsive and agile, he provided all the important information in a timely manner. The place is not luxury, but it has all commodities you may need. Bathroom is quite new, and kitchen is much better equiped then in average accomodation in Greece. You will find plenty of cooking utensils, plates, dishes, everything you need. Beds are very comfortable, although a bit small for European standards, but that is the same in whole Greece. It is very peaceful at night, you can only hear sounds from nature and one can really relax. Balconies are great, with sea view and a lot of space. We really enjoyed staying at Dimitris's place.

Andreas je příjemný hostitel,který se o nás zajímal i během naší cesty. Vždy hned odpovídal a vše co jsme potřebovali hned zařídil. Apartmán je čistý a vkusně zařízený, s pěkným výhledem na moře a horu Olymp.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub hier. Das Haus liegt direkt am sauberen ewig langen Sandstrand, man kann super baden und Strandspaziergänge machen. Die Einrichtung ist modern und gemütlich, die Küche etwas klein aber super ausgestattet. Die verschiedenen Terrassen haben wir ausgiebig genutzt, je nach Sonnenstrand und Windrichtung. Der große Grill war super zum abendlichen Souvlaki oder Fisch grillen... das Holz muss man selber zurecht schneiden, aber mein Mann fand das super. Wenn man alle drei Schlafzimmer belegt gibt es kein gesondertes Wohnzimmer, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat, da wir entweder draußen waren oder abends eins der Schlafzimmer als Wohnzimmer genutzt haben. Insgesamt eine absolute Empfehlung!

Giannis was a lovely host. He met us at check-in and showed us around the house. He was friendly and welcoming, sharing clear instructions. He sent us recommendations for restaurants and informed us where to buy our groceries. Giannis also replied to my queries quickly and sorted things immediately. The house is comfortable and cosy with all the amenities we needed. There's open plan living downstairs, but with distinct sections between the kitchen, dining table and lounge. The rooms are clean and fresh. The kitchen has good appliances, plus we did laundry in the washing machine in the upstairs bathroom. The TV has a Smart Hub, so we could watch Amazon Prime. The floors are all tiled, so guests may want to bring slippers for the cold or flipflops for summer to walk indoors. The water and heating worked well. It was easy to find, with plenty of parking. The area is quiet and the house is setback from the road, so no car noise. We enjoyed our stay and plan to book here again.

The house is what you see in the pictures. Hosts very responsive and waited for our check in after the official hour. You have everything needed in the house for great vacation. If not using the kitchen for cooking it has everything yiu need. For stores, restaurants and luxury beach bars you need a car. Open beach area in 5min walk. House is in a calm villas area for nice vacation with family. There is view from the terrace to the sea. We've had great time! Thank you!

Μείναμε στο τρίγωνο σπίτι για ένα βράδυ, η εμπειρία ήταν φανταστική!!Το σπίτι υπέροχο , μοσχομύριζε καθαριότητα τόσο το εσωτερικό του σπιτιού αλλά και όλα τα κλινοσκεπάσματα οι πετσέτες τα καλύμματα των καναπέδων ! άψογη διαρρύθμιση φοβερή οργάνωση η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν αυτό που θα ζητούσε ο καθένας άμεση φιλική και όλες οι οδηγίες σαφέστατες!Ο εξωτερικός χώρος προσεγμένος , οργανωμένος με μαξιλάρια φωτισμός σε όλο το κήπο και στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους, ένας μικρός παράδεισος δίπλα απ τη Θεσσαλονίκη !Μπράβο σας για την τόσο προσεγμένη δουλειά που έχετε κάνει και για την αγάπη γι’ αυτό που κάνετε γιατί αυτό φαίνεται!!! Θα τα ξαναπούμε σύντομα !!

My existing reservation cancelled on me one day prior to my flight to Greece. I was able to secure Foteinhs’s place right away. She returned my message and confirmed reservation within minutes. She wasn’t available to check me in, in person but it wasn’t her fault and she made it exceptionally easy to get inside and make myself at home. Her place is not particularly easy to find however, she responded immediately and consistently when I contacted her for assistance. Her place was well equipped, immaculately cared for and clean, and very peaceful relaxing. Loved the pool. The beds are not very comfortable, but if you like a very firm bed then you will be ok. I loved everything about my stay.

Als je opzoek bent naar een rustige vakantie heb je zeker de juiste accommodatie gevonden, op het terrein zelf is het erg rustig. Mocht je de drukte willen zoeken is Thessaloniki minder dan een uur rijden. Verder zijn er in de nabij liggende dorpjes ook veel restaurantjes en supermarkten te vinden. Winkels om te shoppen zijn er niet echt, dan zou je toch echt naar Thessaloniki stad moeten. Strand is hartstikke prachtig, wel zijn er veel stenen en is de trap best wel lang (en vermoeiend)

My girlfriend and me, we spent 4 days at this amazing place. Lena was always available whenver we needed something. I can recommend this house to everybody who loves cats;)

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool war top sauber sowie auch das ganze Haus. John war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus sehr weiter empfehlen und freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch.

The beach and the whole area are really nice. The tent is under the olive trees giving it a nice shade. Thus not hot inside even during the day. Only once we felt the need to use the fan, although we were there at the end of July. There was always hot water to take a shower and the Starlink internet connection was pretty good. Kostas and his wife are wonderful hosts. I highly recommend the place.

Miltos was a great host! Help us everything, and he was very kind. The flat was nice and clean, there was everything in the kitchen, and the wi-fi was fast. From the balcon we can see the sea and it is on teh main street. If we going down we are on the main street, there is many shop and restaurant. So this is one of the best place in there. We will return for sure. PS: There is a lift in the house so it's very confortable.

My friend and I arrived yesterday from Nikos heaven. It was a wonderful stay. felt like a calm oasis! The water there is gorgeous and very relaxing. Perfect location, an amazing view, very close to several markets, restaurants and cafes The apartment is located around 15 meters away from the beach. , the balcony is gorgeous by itself! The weather and water are always fantastic! Nikos and his family members are wonderful people, very supportive always, polite, and somehow very human-oriented. They politely let us check in early and then check out late upon our request. Per arrival, they had some basic stuff on the kitchen table for us, olive oil, cookies, sugar, salt, coffee and tea, and toiletries in the bathroom. We had a wonderful stay there, I will definitely recommend Nikos's apartment to my friends. Thank you Anne and Nikos!

We had a wonderful stay at Irene’s Beach Apartment! The apartment is super clean and the bed is very comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine and communication with the host was very nice. The boulevard with various shops and restaurants is right around the corner and so is the beach. The only comment/improvement I can think of, is maybe adding a sign to the entrance of the building so it’s easier to find. We would definitely recommend this place :) Thank you!

Πολύ καλή και επικοινωνιακή η κα Ευφροσύνη, οοτι χρειαστηκαμε πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει . Πολύ εύκολα προσβάσιμος και σε πολύ καλό σημείο το κατάλυμα. Θα το ξαναπροτιμουσα !

Heerlijk huis aan het strand; zalige tijd beleefd met twee gezinnen en 4 tieners ; zeker een aanrader! (enkel jammer van de vaatwasser maar uiteraard is dit minder belangrijk)

Location, Location, Location! Central and close to/at the beach , but quiet. Own Parking for up to 3 cars is a huge plus (especially in July/August). Alexandros is a very pleseant guy and great host.
