Beachfront vacation rentals in Leptokarya

We liked the house very much; it had everything; the host Stratos had thought of everything; he also gave us very good information about places to visit in the area. You can walk from the house to the beach; there are markets in the village where you can find everything. I definitely recommend this house.

Host was super kind and helpful. The house was clean and tidy, everything was available you need. Kalamaria is my favorite neighborhood in Thessaloniki, it has a nice street parallel to coast, and many cafes, fish restaurants alongside the coastal line.

Η κυρία Μαρία είναι απλά υπέροχη, απαντάει σε ότι κ να την ρωτήσεις, κατατοπιστικη, σε οδηγίες κ λοιπά, με εξυπηρέτησε σε πολλά θέματα όπως άφιξη αναχώρηση, είναι φοβερή οικοδέσποινα,σπανιζουν τετοιοι ανθρωποι!!Το σπίτι είναι πολύ ωραίο βγάζει ζεστασιά σαν το σπιτι σου ,με όλα τα απαραίτητα, μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι. το σπίτι είναι κοντά σε όλα,θάλασσα,κέντρο, μίνι μάρκετ από κάτω σούπερ μάρκετ πιο εκεί,όλα είναι τριγύρω σου .αξίζει να έρθετε, εμείς πάντως θα ξαναέρθουμε!!!

superbe logement avec une magnifique vue on a était accueilli vraiment chaleureusement l'endroit et parfait avec un petit centre ville a quelques mètres . juste peut être a revoir la douche un peu petite et mettre une porte a la place du rideau mais hors mis cela ...c'était parfait on reviendra dans hésité

The house is very close to the beach and to the main road passing through Agiokampos. The second floor has a nice big balcony with a view to the sea. The house interior is a bit outdated and some of the rooms need better lighting but still it is equipped well enough and has all you need for a nice family holiday. The most important part is the courtyard - it is huge and well maintained and suggests spending most of your time on the outside. There is plenty of space for the kids to play and to run around and there are several well-arranged cosy seating areas suitable for dining, having coffee or just spending your time on the outside. The place leaves the impression for a caring and industrious host. Excellent attitude and case on the part of the host!

Dimitris apartment had everything we needed. it's very close to the beach and many good restaurants and supermarket. ita also close to public transport. Dimitri was very responsive and answered any questions we had.

Place was like as described and look like on pictures. It was easy to find, directions from host are clear and navigation gets you in front of the building. We didnt meet Vagelis but he organised a friend to meet us for check in but for everything else host was responsive on chat messages. We had a problem with hot water but solved when host explained that the valve for hot water was turned in wrong direction. There is a problem with water pressure in the shower in hours when everybody comes from beach but that is a problem in the area. Beach is close, there are chairs and umbrella in apartment which can be used on the beach. The view from balcony is as described. Air conditioning works and is in hallway which is not great but is ok. Apartment was clean but can be cleaner, stuff which isn't used and shelves are a little bit dusty. Area is pretty urban, beach, supermaket and other are close to the apartment. All in all was a great experience, as described.

Our stay at George's place was great. The house was clean, comfortable and right at the beach. Antonis was responsive and very helpful with recommendations

Μείναμε στο τρίγωνο σπίτι για ένα βράδυ, η εμπειρία ήταν φανταστική!!Το σπίτι υπέροχο , μοσχομύριζε καθαριότητα τόσο το εσωτερικό του σπιτιού αλλά και όλα τα κλινοσκεπάσματα οι πετσέτες τα καλύμματα των καναπέδων ! άψογη διαρρύθμιση φοβερή οργάνωση η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν αυτό που θα ζητούσε ο καθένας άμεση φιλική και όλες οι οδηγίες σαφέστατες!Ο εξωτερικός χώρος προσεγμένος , οργανωμένος με μαξιλάρια φωτισμός σε όλο το κήπο και στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους, ένας μικρός παράδεισος δίπλα απ τη Θεσσαλονίκη !Μπράβο σας για την τόσο προσεγμένη δουλειά που έχετε κάνει και για την αγάπη γι’ αυτό που κάνετε γιατί αυτό φαίνεται!!! Θα τα ξαναπούμε σύντομα !!

Powyżej oczekiwań! Makrygialos to rajskie miejsce letniskowe gdzie nie spotkasz zbyt wielu turystów ale Greków uciekających przed skwarem z dużych miast. Spokojnie można spędzić tam czas korzystając z pieknych okolicznych plaż ale wystraczy samochód i Dion i Litochoro są tuż za rogiem. Dom jest duży, czysty, klimatyzowany, ogród jest gościnny i zadbany z basenem w którym można ochłodzić. Z balkonu widać zatokę Termajską, a w pogodny dzień także Półwysep Chalckydycki. Gospodarze ugoszczą Cię jak rodzina albo przyjaciele ale bez nachalności i zakłócania prywatności. Doradzą gdzie zjeść i gdzie warto się wybrać - spędzają tam wakacje od dziecka i wiedzą najlapiej. Kiedy się z nimi zaprzyjaźnisz poczęstują cię lokalnymi przysmakami i warzywami z ogrodu. Nigdzie nie doświadczysz bardziej tego czym jest Grecja niż tu!

My existing reservation cancelled on me one day prior to my flight to Greece. I was able to secure Foteinhs’s place right away. She returned my message and confirmed reservation within minutes. She wasn’t available to check me in, in person but it wasn’t her fault and she made it exceptionally easy to get inside and make myself at home. Her place is not particularly easy to find however, she responded immediately and consistently when I contacted her for assistance. Her place was well equipped, immaculately cared for and clean, and very peaceful relaxing. Loved the pool. The beds are not very comfortable, but if you like a very firm bed then you will be ok. I loved everything about my stay.

The beautiful house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Free parking spots are available for multiple cars. The house is fully equipped and it is very cozy. Perfect place for a family vacation. The beach is 5 minutes away by walk. Plenty of taverna's and beach bars are accessable on foot (5 min away). The hosts, Eva and her daughter were super friendly. They helped us with everything we needed. Thank you very much for your hospitality and hope to see you next summer!

A rare find right on the beach! We booked this beautiful house for our wedding preparations and photoshooting and the overall experience was more than unforgettable. Ms. Mary was soo helpful and kind we are endlessly thankful. Definitely coming back for our summer holidays.

What a gem of a place - perfect for what we needed, somewhere peaceful right by the beach with our own private pool. My four-year-old daughter absolutely loved this place and so did we, everything was clean tidy and the beds were comfortable. There’s a lovely little Greek restaurant just around the corner we ate there three times during our stay . Hopefully we can come to visit again soon and thank you for being such a great host.

Very nice place to stay! The owners are super friendly and very helpful if you need something. The Location was good for a relaxing vacation, but there isn‘t too much going on. The House was perfect for our stay, we had many kitchen supplies that we were allowed to use. The beds aren‘t too comfortable but the rest is perfect:)

Definitely ultra high recommend place if you want to visit Thessaloniki. Beautiful apartment with all possible things you can imagine. 10 stars from me!

Wir hatten einen absolut fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus! Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig und idyllisch und doch nah genug an allen wichtigen Annehmlichkeiten. Das Haus selbst ist schön eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders gefallen hat uns der große, eingezäunte Garten, in dem unsere Kinder gerne gespielt haben. Der Vermieter war von der Buchung bis zur Abreise sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns viele wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben, die unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht haben. Die Kommunikation war immer schnell und unkompliziert. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Wonderful place to spent holidays! Penelope, the host, was very friendly and helpful. The mansion we stayed at, was lovely and spacious. Every room had balconies and the terrace was in front of the sea. We had the best time and will reccommend this place to our friends!

From Theodoros picking us up at the airport to the end of our two week stay, we had a wonderful experience! The place was very clean, fully stocked, and literally steps from the water. At the end of our first week, Theodoros dropped off clean linens, towels, and fabulous Greek pastries! This was in addition to the bottle of wine and a variety of drinks in the refrigerator upon our arrival. The hosts thought of everything that anyone would need when vacationing. The sliders from the living room and bedroom open onto a balcony with spectacular views of the Aegean. You don’t need a car because there are fantastic restaurants and shops just steps away. I hope we’re able to return, and if we do, we will be booking with Theodoros!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described: clean, cozy, and in a perfect location. Niko’s parents were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Communication was smooth and everything was well prepared. It was a truly pleasant experience, and we’d love to come back someday. Highly recommend!

10 av 10! Bra läge, gång avstånd till allt. Nära stranden. Boendet är modernt och allt är nytt. Men det bästa är värden Alexandra! Boendet är hennes eget så hon tar väldigt väl hand om det. Vi har aldrig bott i ett lika väl städat boende som hennes. Till och med fönstren var så rena att vi många gånger trodde att de var öppna. Alexandra välkomnande oss redan på stationen. Hon hade skaffat färska frukter och lite vin som väntade på oss i boendet. Sen råkade jag bli sjuk under resan. Alexandra ringde och bokade mig en läkartid på en gång. 🙏 Vi kommer säkert tillbaka en annan gång!

Nous vous avons passé un agréable séjour, l’endroit est très paisible et magnifique. avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Nous étions à trois minutes de la plage à pied. Il y a de quoi ce restaurer à cinq minutes de l’appartement. Nous étions à 30 minutes (ville thessalonique ) une voisine adorable qui nous a préparé des spécialités grecques incroyablement bon je remercie Maria. Je vous conseille fortement ce Airbnb. Nous avons pu voir des jeunes jouer au foot avec des grandes box, ce qui était Inhabituel, pour nous mais surtout drôle. C’était notre tout premier voyage et si ce serait à refaire. Nous en serons ravis. Je remercie Monsieur Pantelis pour son attention, sa patience, nous avons eu énormément de retard il nous a attendu jusqu’à notre arrivée. N’hésitez pas, l’endroit est magnifique. Ce fut un agréable séjour en Grèce.
