Make the most of the calm of the place. Independent entrance on a fully equipped kitchen ( no oven at the moment ) and a living room, a bedroom with 1 double bed of 160 cm, another bedroom with 02 beds of 90 cm and a relaxation area with 1 child bed (70 x 135) . Shower room and separate toilet. Electric heating.

This large studio is upstairs with other similar and adjoining cottages. Each has its own kitchen with appliances, shower & separate toilet. Shared on the same floor are a washing machine & dryer. These cottages are in an old building surrounded by a large park adjoining a large forest. A few steps from a forest, a few minutes walk, by bike, by car, to discover old monuments, gastronomy, hiking, various leisure activities, and to discover Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes-Bourgogne.

Come and stay in this old barn transformed into cozy accommodation on the site of my Charolais breeding. Nelly gave me a warm, caring and kind welcome. The accommodation is impeccably clean, comfortable, well decorated and as described. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The atmosphere is friendly and cozy. In a quiet neighborhood, I was able to admire the superb view of the mountains from the balcony. Nelly shows total confidence in these hosts, and gives us all the autonomy we need. It feels like home away from home. I'm keeping this address for future trips, I'll come back for sure.

Complete accommodation, very clean, well-equipped, (we appreciate the coffee and tea in the morning, as well as the 2-3 ingredients for cooking!) and easy to access, the only downside would be the noise from cars because it is on the side of a busy road. The value for money is very good, in short, I recommend it!

Very good host. Communication is great. The guidelines are clear and accurate. Parking, ease of access, as well as cleanliness, comfort, and thoughtful touches were there when we arrived. Unfortunately, we were unable to benefit from the night booked as we had to return the same evening for personal reasons. If, we need to go back to Péronnas, we will rent this place again. I would recommend it.
