Independent entrance to an equipped kitchen (no oven at the moment) and a living room, a bedroom with 1 double bed of 160 cm, another bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm and a relaxation area with 1 child bed (70 x 135). Shower room and separate toilet. Electric heating.

With covered parking, pool access, in the middle of the area called: "Les milles étangs", on the Bourg en Bresse – Lyon axis, 17 km from Bourg-en-Bresse and 15 km from Villars les Dombes (Parc des Oiseaux). 45 km from Lyon and 2 km from all local shops.
