"At the foot of the Belfry" - Superb location

Enjoy a charming renovated studio at the foot of the Belfry and the beautiful squares of Arras. With an area of 25 m2 and located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it includes a spacious living area (double bed 160 x 200 cm, connected TV and large storage closet). A snack area is integrated into the kitchen (fridge, stove, SENSEO coffee machine, kettle, toaster). The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, hair dryer, towel dryer and toilet.

We welcome you to our 2 guest rooms, located in a real green setting, near the Phalempin forest. Easy access to large cities while being quiet. The accommodation has a living room and a kitchen on the ground floor, a terrace overlooking the garden, a bedroom with bathroom upstairs. The building is independent. Breakfast is served on site. For your professional stays, your weekend discoveries, or to take your exams (GAYANT EXPO 10 minutes away) we will put everything at your disposal to make your stay enjoyable.

The 245 is a 50 m2 apartment in the heart of downtown Douai, with a 160 x 200 cm bed, on the first floor by stairs. Free parking on Place du Barlet is a 2-minute walk away, or on the street (paid 9am-7pm), and close to all other amenities (restaurants, supermarkets and shops). 10-minute walk to the train station. The apartment has been renovated, and the windows changed to double glazing.
