Tim and Candy (sorry if that's wrong) were awesome hosts! They're super nice, very responsive and attentive. The BNB is private and very homey. They provide everything you need to cook and to do laundry. The bed is very comfortable and is equipped with nice linens. Overall a great BNB, with great hosts.

Our one night stay was very comfortable. It would also be great for an expanded visit. Easy to travel to highway.

Thomas & Angela went above & beyond to make sure we were comfortable & cared for. They have a beautiful space to offer & make sure to make you feel welcome on top of that. I have never felt more comfortable in an air bnb & I mean that whole heartedly. The location is fantastic. I could brag on this listing all day. It really is one of the best listings I’ve stayed at on air bnb. I would book this location every single time I come to town & I do not mean that lightly. Clean, quiet, spacious, and a gorgeous view of the mountains. I was in town for a wedding and didn’t get to truly enjoy everything that was offered, but there were nice amenities like a coffee bar. The space was comfortable.

Tony and Barb's place was perfect for my overnight stay. I loved sitting outside in the screened in porch while sipping my wine. I would definitely stay there again and since it's a fully furnished 1 bedroom apt, I would book a longer stay as well.

James and jenny were amazing hosts. Theyre communication was excellent and the town we stayed in was so beautiful. Would 10/10 recommend staying with this wonderful couple in this wonderful town. Will definitely be coming back next year!!

House was perfect for our needs and was close to everything in the Pigeon Forge area. Driveway was a little challenging for our lowered cars but the house was beautiful and the location worked out great!

This home is beautiful! The kitchen was fully equipped and we cooked and ate meals in and enjoyed the proximity to downtown, the UT campus and the Stables at Strawberry Creek. The location allowed us to really maximize time. Elizabeth and Alex were very responsive and made our stay so easy. We felt right at home!! 100% recommend!!

I stayed here from mid August 2023 to the end of December 2023 during a travel nurse assignment. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this unit to others. The location is great in the Fourth and Gill neighborhood. It is close to everything and very walkable. The unit is located in half of an updated historic home, with the other half of the house also being a short term rental. The unit had what I needed but didn’t have many “extras” that are often available with Airbnbs. The TV, towels, cookware, dinnerware, and utensils were new. The bedroom was upgraded to a king size bed prior to my arrival, which was different than the listing. Natalie notified me of this change before I arrived. It was easy to check in and Natalie was great with communication related to checking in, but I did not receive any check out instructions. Overall, this unit is a “no frills” accommodation, and I enjoyed my stay!

Was a perfect place for our short stay. The house was just as described. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Quick easy pickup for our Uber pick ups. Neighborhood looked sketchy at first, but ended up being quiet. No issues with check in. Would stay again

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and in a great location. Check-in was seamless, and the host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. The little touches, like fresh towels and extra dog bowls, made it feel extra special. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This place was great!! Beautiful Airbnb for a great price. Walkable distance from old city which was a huge perk! Snacks were generously provided and place was very clean, safe, private, and well kept!! 10/10 experience, I would absolutely stay here again!

We sat on the balcony every morning and enjoyed the beautiful peaceful river view. Very comfortable and clean home with everything you need. Jackie was very helpful and accessible. Convenient location. Definitely recommend this condo.

Awesome area, beautiful place and so much to do even if you don’t want to leave the condo. Very much worth the money! The kids had lots of fun swimming and playing basketball. We will definitely be planning to come back :)
