We offer an apartment of about 40 square meters. In the house there is another apartment for up to 4 people and a large apartment on the upper floor. (Possible running noises) Located directly on the "Höhenflug" hiking trail, the "Wilde Wiese" ski resort is also in the immediate vicinity. The quiet location, secluded right on the edge of the forest, is perfect for recreation/dog walks/relaxation/hiking/mountain biking/barbecuing/campfire/alpacas/private spring water/private bees. Outdoor area for everyone.

Tiny house between fruit trees, forest and meadows in the Sauerland. Watch rabbits and deer scurrying across the fields from the huge window. The little house is located under a pear tree. From here you have a great view of the surrounding mountains in the Sauerland. If you like, you can harvest plums, pears and apples yourself. On the huge meadow there is - with plenty of distance - another tiny house. But you have a large private area just for you.

Our "forest hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2020 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.
