Panorámás Vincellérház - Balatonszepezd

Csend, nyugalom, madárcsicsergés, balatoni panoráma. Mindentől messze és mégis közel a Balaton. A régi vincellérház a balatonszepezdi dombok lábánál található. 2019-ben lett teljes körűen felújítva, jól felszerelt konyha, panorámás terasz, nappali, étkező, fürdő, WC, és tetőtéri háló várja a nálunk pihenni vágyókat. A földszinten egy egyszemélyes kanapé, az emeleten franciaágy és egy kényelmes, kétszemélyes kanapéágy vár Benneteket. Kérésére babaágyat és további kiegészítőket is biztosítunk.

Edison Villa is located on the forested Castle-Hill, at the end of the beautiful villa-row of Bélatelep. One of the most beautiful panoramas on the south coast opens up between the trees. The promenade can be reached with a 2-minute walk and the beach in 8 minutes. The studio apartment is suitable for 4 people (2 for longer rental), with a double bed, sofa (bed), fully equipped kitchen w/dishwasher, wardrobe, tv, AC, WiFi, washing machine and a large balcony w/mosquito net and motorized blinds.

Manduláskert, Kemencés ház

A Káli medence szomszédságában, a Nivegy-völgyben, Szentjakabfán kínálunk kiadásra egy 2021-ben elkészült vendégházat. A Kemencés Ház a szentjakabfai Manduláskertben van, ahol további 2 vendégház fogad vendégeket. A házhoz saját kert, teraszok és egy grillezésre is alkalmas kemence van. A vendégházhoz fedett kocsibeálló is van. A Manduláskert vendégei számára rendelkezésre áll egy 15x4,5 méteres sós vízű medence is. A Manduláskertet azoknak ajánljuk, akik szeretik a csendet és a nyugalmat.

A Cabin Balaton egy olyan szálláshely, ahol a hozzánk érkezők egyszerre élvezhetik a balatoni nyüzsgést, túrázhatnak a kabin szomszédjában kezdődő Balaton-felvidéki Nemzeti Park erdeiben vagy akár egész nap az ágyban bekuckózva, egy teljes falnyi üvegfelületen keresztül élvezhetik a kilátást, ami tulajdonképpen már maga az erdő. The Vuko guesthouse is located in a quiet street 900m from Lake Balaton. The well-equipped 42 sqm house with a separate entrance and private garden can be rented for up to 4 people. The room has a double bed, the bright living room has a pull-out sofa, cable TV, unlimited WiFi and air conditioning. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, oven, extractor hood, and dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with a washer/dryer. The bicycles + 2 electric bicycles can be used free of charge.

The house is located in the Nivegy Valley, surrounded by vineyards, 7 km away from Lake Balaton. It offers a beautiful view of the Nivegy Valley, Hegyestű, Badacsony. The house comes with a 35 m2 terrace equipped with a 6m2 sunshade. Parking is possible in the garden belonging to the house. Inside the house, you'll find a refrigerator, electric stove, Lavazza coffee maker (with complimentary capsules), toaster, kettle, air conditioning, and unlimited WiFi.

Have fun with the whole family at our homey and comfortable, recently renovated place. It is designed and equipped to make your stay the least burdensome and to have a cozy feel like home experience. Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is central heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September. All the rooms have air conditioning!
