From the moment we arrived, we knew we had stepped into something special. Nestled in the hills near Guatavita, this serene retreat offers more than a stay—it offers an experience. The pictures don’t do it justice. Spotlessly clean, spacious, and full of charm, it was perfect for our group of five. The meals were unforgettable—the baked chicken and BBQ feast were divine, and breakfasts each day were perfect. The “wild” animals added magic, and the staff, warm and attentive, kept the fires glowing. Bring essentials (and marshmallows!) as the road in is rugged and nearby shops are limited. Guatavita, just minutes away, is a gem—don’t miss the tomato soup at La Cava or artisan chocolate at Guataland. This home is a soulful sanctuary filled with love, comfort, and wonder. We came seeking rest and left with memories we’ll treasure forever. We will return.

This place is really beautiful. You can tell that there has been a lot of good energy work in that space, which you can feel from the entrance. The philosophy of life of Maria Elisa and her family, permaculture, is vibrant there. We learned a lot from it, he generously told us the history of the place. The cabin is completely private, in a space just to be very quiet, but at the same time totally comfortable. We used the fireplace and then we created a magical atmosphere during the days we were there. I recommend this accommodation as a peaceful and quiet space

Absolute Perfection at Finca LA Cima. The house is beautifully decorated & designed—every detail has been carefully considered. It’s brand new & spotless (the photos are 100% accurate), everything feels fresh, very high-quality, and extremely welcoming. The view is absolutely incredible and you are literally at the top of a mountain. The pickleball court, putting green, and especially the jacuzzi made our stay even better. Simply being at the house was soul-refreshing. It’s an unbelievable feat of engineering that the host, Mirley, has pulled off here—building a house of this quality on top of a mountain is truly impressive. I can’t even begin to imagine how she was able to do it, but she did, and because of that, this is truly a one-of-a-kind property. Our kids had a great time here also, lots of space, fun environment, and blazing fast internet. Javier, the groundsman, was fantastic! This is hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in and we genuinely didn’t want to leave!

We arrived on an extremely rainy day, Nelson was all the way waiting for us, both on the way there and back. The house is equipped with everything you need to spend a couple of days away from the routine. The view is definitely worth it.

We stayed 1 day Pros: spectacular view. We were able to make a campfire. It has everything you need for cooking. The house is very nice. I don't like dogs but they had 3 very friendly ones, they accompanied us on walks and made us feel protected. The caretaker is a really good person. He did us the favor of buying some beers and food. We were even able to milk his cows, very cool. Late and flexible check-out Cons: to get there you have to go a long way down a dirt road. The location they gave us was wrong and we ended up getting into another very difficult uncovered one. It was the gentleman's turn to go rescue us. So far from everything that we decided to stay and enjoy the house because even the shops are far away. I recommend bringing everything you need from Ubate (everything). To go for a walk, there is only the same road for cars. Within the property there is a 20-30 minute round-trip walk. We like longer walks. Overall nice but very difficult to get there

Nice cozy house with a spectacular view of the lake. Daniel and also the housekeeper that received us were very attentive and kind. The access road to the house are unpaved and the uphill is steep so I would recommend to go on a reliable vehicle. Very remote and quiet place to have a relaxed stay, overall we lived it!

ufff.... I would like to tell you a lot about this accommodation and well, if you want to disconnect from the world and rediscover yourself, enjoy the beautiful landscape, the lagoon, the impressive garden, the birdsong... and much more!!! You have to come here, it is ideal for couples and also for families and friends, we traveled with our 18-year-old son, 4 friends of the same age, and our nanny, and we spent wonderful and very fun days doing all the recreational activities they offer.... we will repeat hundreds of times just to see Carlos grow, and to feel the way we felt there. If they make a barbecue, it's the best... we were speechless, keep it up Carlos. 🥰🥰🥰
