The Villa is really spacious & can accomodate high number of guest. There’s a lot of activities can be done at the villa (the swimming pool is BIG and the KTV is fun). The housekeeper, Chris is very helpful & friendly. Overall really good experience staying at the villa.

We have a great stay. The space is big enough for 20 of us. Clean and conformable👍

Very spacious and suitable for family gathering. I love the compound and the host was very flexible and allowed me to check in earlier and she even checked if everything is ok the next day. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a staycation out from the city. Restaurants and convenient stores are very close about 7 mins drive and location is very strategic. The house is large can housed 22 adults with 11 beds. Taufiq the assistant was so friendly and responsive. Really nice place with nice well kept landscape. Walking distance to the beach with lots of restaurant around though we had our BBQ dinner. Only problem we had was the house is too near to the main road. In the middle of the night there are groups of mat rempit (group of bikers, not 1 but few groups taking turn) making so so much noise until almost 3am caused so much of nuisance. We reckon it was a pre Labour Day hence all the Malay guys were out for fun but that was extremely inconsiderate considering revving the bike during that hour. However that was beyond anyone’s control since they did in public space. We will certainly come back if opportunity allows. All the adults and kids had great time staying in this house.

Sophisticated deco (just like how the pics are displayed). Well separated spaces for different functions for discussion, casual chat, business meeting. More importantly it’s super clean unit for all area. Thanks Dylan for his coordination and responsiveness with our concern during the stay!

The home was clean & well maintained. Host is very responsive of your needs . The location is peaceful & good for family gatherings. Lots of place to create fun games. Many restaurants & eating places just on the main road & hyper markets. Downside swimming pool is quite small

It is not just an ordinary stay. It gives you a whole experience of living timelessly in between of nostalgic and classy. Long dining table, kids and elderly walking on the grass. Natural lights and fresh air pouring into the house. The room is designed perfectly where muslim can conveniently pray. The kitchen is culinary enthusiast's dream. High ceilings and exquisite furnitures is pure magic. The fresh heliconia vibing a lovable and peaceful energy. Everything feels curated, loved, lived-in timeless and elegant.

Big property with lots of activities to do, never a dull moment! Special shoutout to Cris, made us feel right at home.

family of 22 stayed during CNY period. the house is spacious and equipped with many things to keep us occupied. karaoke, swimming pool, 2 pool table, long dining table, spacious common space, grass field to play games. but the house do really need a good renovation especially the carpentry and toilets. but plenty of aircons to keep the whole house cool.

Really great experience. Deserve a 5 star review from me. Everything was fine, just gd floor toilet need to give some attention, but it does not a big problem. Anyway, as i mentioned before, memorable experience.

Had great time at the stay and made new friends with other guest. The scenery was beautiful and breathtaking. There is no wifi, so you get to spend quality time with your family by being away with social media and other distractions on your phone. Had fun with the pool and the common area was great too.
