Just outside Adrian, The historical Velaswittz offers a unique living space in a portion of an 1850’s mansion. You can enjoy fine dining for 6 in an intimate setting. The Estate comes complete with original hard wood floors, charming woodwork, new oversized windows and a gas remote operated fireplace. This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home is located on a private gravel drive, in a peaceful setting. Wildlife can often be spotted in the large yard or wooded area. The location is minutes from historic Adrian where Adrian College and Siena Heights University are home to, Tecumseh, and near main roads, and only 20 miles from Brooklyn, and 30 miles from Ann Arbor. Many stores, restaurants, lakes, and entertainment options are close by. The Kiwanis biking/walking trail connects right here.

The sunrises, sunsets, and calming sounds of the water will have you never wanting to leave. A gorgeous place to relax, unwind and enjoy every season of beautiful Pure Michigan. Ideal for a couples getaway, girls weekends, or family vacation You may bring a boat or rent one. We have 2 kayaks available for your use.

Songbird Cottage

Escape the hustle and bustle. Come relax in our cozy tiny house on our little farmette where we raise a few goats and retail handcrafted patio furniture. Wake up to views of the surrounding fields, take a walk in our garden or enjoy relaxing in our gliders on the porch. Located between Hillsdale and Adrian - only 10 miles for Adrian College, 17 miles from Michigan International Speedway and 22 miles from Hillsdale College. House On Grass Runway with Fly-In/Fly-Out Access

Located a few miles from downtown Tecumseh, MI, the house is located on 10 acres of land, including a wooded area with walking trails. It is also part of the Merillat Airport (34G) community, a grass runway (3608 ft). Perfect for fly-in/fly-out guests, or if you just want to sit on the back balcony or by the fire pit and watch planes take off and land. The house is also 25 miles away from Ann Arbor and University of Michigan and 20 miles from Michigan International Speedway.

Take your next weekend or week-long getaway in this adorable cottage right next to Evan's Lake. Enjoy serene water views from the bedroom and living area and savor some morning coffee or tea on the side patio. Take a pair of kayaks out on the water for a relaxing ride or make a campfire by the lake shore to unwind during slow summer evenings. Sorry, there is no boat launch for this lake. Owner lives right next door and is available for any assistance needed.

A guest favorite! Cozy cottage located between Devils & Round Lake. Public access to both lakes, shared dock on Devils for your boat or rental during your stay & boat rental in the area. Steps away from the cottage is a small beach space near the dock. Perfect for families, friends or couples. Relax on the deck with a fenced in yard, gas grill, fire pit & corn hole. Three car driveway available. A short distance from MIS, golf courses, restaurants & bars!

Lake Social-2 Bedroom Upper

Make memories with time at the lake. 2 Bedroom/1 bath cottage on "all sports" 550 acre Round Lake. This cottage is perfect for a single family of up to 5 people. Plenty of room on the dock for you to bring your own boat for this great fishing and skiing lake or you can rent my pontoon boat. This cottage shares the lakefront, firepit, dock with 2 other cottages. My shoreline has a hard sand shallow bottom for great swimming for kids of all ages.

Glad to see that you will be visiting our cabin! It is a serene and charming step away from the busy world. Information on hiking trails, local events, and eateries in the area are listed in the cabin. A grill is available, and also on the deck is a clawfoot bathtub and outside shower (closed now because of colder weather!) There is a shower in the cabin, too. Be sure to be on the lookout for the wildlife in the area!!
