The hexagonal shape of the cottage and its wide windows allow the forest to enter inside as well. When it is quiet in the cottage, you can be lucky enough to see a deer, a fox, or a squirrel outside the window. Here, without communication and the outside world, you will be able to experience true harmony between man and nature, as well as undivided togetherness.

You will enjoy memorable and authentic experience of Aluksne. Mr. Banga is a two-story boathouse (boat incl.) with fabulous view to the Aluksne lake and the castle ruins of the Livonian Order. The boathouse is located on the Alūksne Lake/ city centre. There is walking trails, cafes, swimming spots, sports field, a children’s playground, the Alūksne Castle Park and historical objects within walking distance. There is free parking spaces and bicycle rental. We offer experience, not comfort!

Our house is a 5-minute walk to Alūksne Park and Lake, a 10-minute walk to the city center.
