Our Chalet Obenland is located on the sunny mountain above the village of Bramberg am Wildkogel in the Kitzbühel Alps. As soon as we look out the window, we feel connected to nature. For many years, we have fallen in love with this piece of paradise again and again: while skiing, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, emerald prospecting, at the largest waterfalls in Europe in Krimml... Wildkogel Arena is about 5 minutes away, Kitzbühel ski area approx. 15 minutes Gerlos-Königsleiten, Zell am See/Kaprun about 25 minutes.

Ideal for 2 people with 1 bedroom and for 4 people there is also a pull-out couch in the kitchen-living room

The place was spotlessly clean, very modernly furnished. We felt very comfortable, the landlords live in the same house and are therefore quickly accessible. We also checked to see if everything was okay. For 3 people completely sufficient. Apartment larger than you can imagine from the pictures.

Very nice apartment, nice hosts, extremely friendly and helpful. Surroundings were very pleasant, no big noise. We felt comfortable and will be happy to come back.

Had a lovely time at Apartments Shema. The place was clean and felt very welcoming even better than the photos. The check-in process was easy, and the peaceful surroundings made it a perfect spot to unwind. Would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area!
