Beach house vacation rentals in Leiria

We were warmly welcomed. The house was clean and the kitchen well-equipped. Good location, with a nice walk we could go downtown. Good view. The weather did not allow us to use the pool, but it also seemed quite pleasant. The only thing we didn't like very much were the beds, which, for our taste, had hard mattresses.

Well placed for activities in the surrounding area Car required even to go to the beach downstairs ( we went down on foot….. we had to go up🤪) Monica and her brother are very friendly and welcoming. The house is a little wet (weather conditions require) air conditioners in all the rooms. Very nice and pretty house. The small bakery /bar/ tobacconist 100 meters away is a plus. The restaurant opposite also at 100 meters is another plus. I would recommend this house without hesitation.👍👍👍

If you want to be near the fort this is the place for you. The views are amazing. This maybe one of the best places to watch the sunset. Everything is close and is walking distance. Shower had perfect pressure.

However, our arrival was Rock and Roll. UBER is coming to drive us back, we have luggage to take out. With a lot of people behind us, UBER leaves with Mom, the luggage and my handbag. Returned after 10 minutes. I didn't like it. I was very worried. Thanks

I stayed for two months and really enjoyed the place. It’s a good place to stay for a longer period of time. I stayed here for my research and Patricia really helped me with meeting people and discovering special places. She was always there to help and responded really fast. I felt free to make the place feel like home. Really kind and welcoming, truly recommend it!

We had a great time in the beautiful house. Luis was already waiting for us for a warm welcome and extra explanation. He also, very thoughtfully, prepared toys for our children. The old house is spacious and very nicely renovated. It is located in a picturesque street where there is also a delicious bakery, butcher and a small supermarket. It was a short walk along the narrow steep streets to the beach (<10 minutes). Also nearby were many fun excursions to do. We really enjoyed it!

Very nice house, very well furnished and decorated. Perfect location for exploring the beautiful area. Great welcome from Angela, full of tips, responsive and available. The cat Lily adopted us and spoiled us with cuddles and purrs... A nice place.

Perfect spot for one or two people. Very convenient location. Coffee and bathroom stuff provided. Helena met me at check-in and made it clear she would be available if needed. It was Carnival and she said it could be a little loud at night because the apartment was close to a few bars and restaurants. It was noisy on one of the nights but I expected it. Probably very quiet any other time of the year. A good spot in Nazare.

We had an amazing stay at Carlos' villa with our group of 13 adults and 3 babies. The villa is incredibly spacious, with 12 full beds and additional sleeping options on the comfortable couches. The large garden was perfect for the kids to play in, and we thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool and spacious, clean Jacuzzi. The kitchen was slightly used but very functional, offering plenty of room and every kitchen item we could possibly need to cook for our group. The barbecue area is large, though located a little far from the kitchen by the parking area. The rooftop terrace provided stunning 360° views, and the sunsets were simply beautiful. The villa is located in a peaceful, quiet area, just a short 10-minute walk to the beach, which we loved. While walking to the beach is easy, having a car is ideal for reaching larger supermarkets, which are about a 13-minute drive away. Parking offers plenty of space Overall, this villa was the perfect choice for our large group. Highly recommended!

Jane was a terrific person to deal with as we planned our return visit to Foz for our anniversary. Very quick to respond to our queries and offer up suggestions for our trip. Very hands on about the booking, even though she doesn’t live in the local area. Thanks Jane!!

Had such a lovely week in Nazaré. Rachelle was such a great host - we were delayed due to flight delays on arrival and she waited until 1:30am to say hi to us and show us around. She was very responsive with replies and we locked our key in the house and she dropped one off straight away! The house was really clean and had lots of cooking amenities. We opted to have the pool heated for the extra €120 and I woukd definitely recommend this as it was really warm! The property is a little bit far outside of nazare centre, so you really need to get taxis to and from town but we used Ubers a lot which were only €4 each way. We surfed most days at Praia des pareses which is a lovely beach with great waves. Overall a lovely trip. Would recommend. Only minor issue was having to be quiet after 10pm and not use the pool after this time so if you are wanting a more party week then I’d probably look at other options. For us this was fine though :) Thanks Rachelle!

Our stay was very pleasant. Upon arrival, we found the house perfectly prepared and clean. The access instructions were clear and easy to follow. It is an ideal house for groups, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable experience.

This spacious home is within walking distance of the Nazare waves (visited in January), offering views from both the beach and the lighthouse. It's conveniently located for day trips to Lisbon and charming nearby towns. The home is in a quiet area, features scenic views, and includes most essentials for cooking. Note that the beds are quite firm, so consider bringing a sleeping pad if you prefer softer support. The host was friendly and provided helpful information about the area and the property.

The house is very cozy, Helio is always attentive to all aspects, very kind, the area is very quiet, very nice 4 minutes from the lake and the sea, everything is great, 100% recommended. Very grateful for the stay and kindness of the host

The views from the window and terrace are stunning. Parking with electric gate was great. Thank you, you made our vacation unforgettable! We hopefully will be back!

Nice place directly at the beach :)

The house what very clean and had all the amenities needed to make it a top vacation. Upon arrival there was an information brochure ready with things we could do in the area which was very helpful. Within walking distance of the sea and in a non touristy area it was ideal to de-connect. Also the communication with the host was very smooth and he was always available for questions.

We've been very good! The house is 2 houses that share common area but in the other there was no one. We were at home. The hosts were very kind, anything we needed helped.

Our stay in Leiria was absolutely fantastic! The house is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. A one night stay only while travelling the coast. Great value for the price. Very close to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of hot water.

This place was epic — absolutely blew us away. Perched on the cliff in Sítio above Nazaré, it’s steps from the funicular, North Beach, and that legendary surf break. The view? Unreal. Ocean, cliffs, crashing waves — you’ll feel like Poseidon on vacation. The house was super comfortable, stylish, and had everything we needed. Coffee on the balcony watching the waves... we could’ve stayed forever. If you want dramatic views and a chill, no-regrets stay — book this place. Just do it.
