Vacation rentals with a patio in Leipsoi

I could not recommend more Nikita’s place for a stay in Kalymnos. Location is perfect and the terrace is the best spot for morning coffee or afternoon beer with a view of Telendos. Nikitas is one of the most responsive hosts I’ve ever had and he gives great local recommendations. AC works great in all rooms. 10/10 would recommend :)

Irene was een superhost! Ze verwelkomde ons bij onze aankomst en ze zorgde voor alles wat we nodig hadden. Ze was steeds beschikbaar voor al onze vragen. De studio is supergezellig ingericht en had alles wat we nodig hadden voor ons langdurig verblijf. Daarnaast had het een zalig terras met een prachtig uitzicht op Telendos :) Ik zou het zeker aanraden om bij Irene te verblijven! Dankjewel Irene voor ons geweldig verblijf!!

Alloggio situato in buona posizione, centrale e ottimo per visitare l’isola. Ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi, meglio però avere un mezzo se si vuole girare: il parcheggio in questo caso è proprio sotto l’appartamento. Pulizia perfetta, letto comodo e un bel terrazzo, forse solo la doccia un po’ piccola ma non è stato un problema. Jiannis è un host molto ospitale con grande attenzione affinché gli ospiti passino una bella vacanza. Cambio asciugamani ogni 2/3 giorni e volendo anche cambio lenzuola. Frigorifero rifornito, una coccola! Inoltre sono presenti nella casa prodotti di pulizia, prodotti per la cura della persona, olio sale ecc. Siamo stati bene! Grazie Jiannis!

Ho soggiornato qui 10 notti e devo dire che mi sono trovato benissimo; ho trovato tutta la casa pulita, in ordine e con tutto il necessario a disposizione (addirittura shampoo e bagnoschiuma). Per quanto riguarda il go-kart attaccato non da per niente fastidio però l’unica cosa che consiglio è di noleggiare un motorino o una macchina se ci si vuole spostare essendo al centro dell’isola. Infine i proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili a dare qualsiasi tipo di aiuto e informazione utile, di conseguenza consiglio caldamente di prenotare se volete andare a Kos.

Wij hebben echt een fantastische week gehad in dit geweldige Blue House. Alles was goed verzorgd en we zijn uiterst vriendelijk en gastvrij ontvangen. Ook tijdens onze week was er goed contact, veel dank Irene en Catherina!

Kalliopi ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben alles von ihr bekommen, was wir gebraucht haben (großer Topf, frische Handtücher und Bettlaken). Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und toll eingerichtet, sie entspricht exakt den Bildern. Die Aussicht ist grandios. Leider ist der Hafen vor allem in den frühen Morgenstunden ein bisschen laut, weil die Skipper der Fähren die Motoren nicht abschalten in den Pausen. Aber mit Ohropax kein Problem. Das Bett hat "ihm" (wir waren als Paar da) gut gefallen, "ihr" war es etwas zu hart. Ist aber natürlich Geschmackssache. Die Tür zum Bad muss man schließen, weil der Gully etwas nach oben in die Wohnung stinkt. Die Lage ist dafür perfekt, Supermarkt Stalas ist direkt vor der Tür und die Fähre nach Telendos auch. Das Hotel nebenan ist sehr malerisch, wenn man über die Mauer schaut. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub! Wir waren zum Klettern da und kannten Kalymnos aber schon sehr gut. War das 8. Mal für uns auf der Insel. Danke, Kalliopi!

Amazing stay. Kalotina was lovely and very helpful despite the language barrier. The house was very clean and had lots of amenities for cooking and making coffee. Arginonta seems like the best location for climbing, especially if you don't like the business of Massouri.

We had such a great time in Ellies. John was always responsive and Marie and George who gave us the keys were so nice. The apartment looked even better than on the pictures and everything was very clean. Marie and George were always helpful in case we needed anything. The location is also great, you can get around the whole island in half an hour (by car). Thank you for the great stay in Kalymnos!

Très jolie maison située sur les hauteur de Grikos et offrant une vue magnifique sur la baie . Jolie petite piscine , cuisine spacieuse , et chambres simples et confortables . Salles de bain très fonctionnelles . Bref je recommande vivement ce logement et remercie Bernhard pour les échanges constructifs que nous avons eu durant le séjour !

LA SPIAGGIA SOTTO CASA FACILE DA RAGGIUNGERE PICCOLA E POCO FREQUENTATA E' VERAMENTE SPETTACOLARE DIREI IL FIORE ALL'OCCHIELLO DI QUESTO APPARTAMENTO. IL PROPRIETARIO CI HA AIUTATO IN TUTTO SIA CON I TAXI CHE CI HA PRENOTATO PERSONALMENTE ANCHE IN TARDO ORARIO AVENDO PULTROPPO PERSO IL TRAGHETTO, E ANCHE VENENDO IN BREVISSIMO TEMPO AD APRIRCI QUANDO SIAMO RIMASTI CHIUSI FUORI CASA PER UNA DISTRAZIONE. NON VEDIAMO L'ORA DI TORNARE GRAZIE E A PRESTO !!!

Wow! What can I say?! Emmanuel and his family are the BEST Airbnb hosts we have ever had! Angela and her husband (Emmanuel’s parents) kindly collected us from the port and took us to the house, then gave us a full tour of the town the following morning, giving us top tips on where to go, what to see and do. The location of the property is the best on the island. Extremely comfortable and wonderful views of the beautiful bay. So grateful to have met Emmanuel’s family and for them being so kind to us and for treating us like part of their own family. Thankyou so much guys for your kindness. We would love to come back and stay again. Katsadia is the place to be. You just can’t beat it! <3

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison typique, extraordinairement bien placée avec une vue superbe sur l'île. L'hôte est très réactive et attentionnée. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses ; les deux terrasses sont très agréables; le coucher de soleil sur celle du haut est un moment magique. Seuls bémols : la cuisine au RDC est un peu sombre, les sanitaires sont assez sommaires et il n'est pas facile de garer une voiture à proximité de la maison en haute saison.

Emmanouil organised a taxi from the port which was a great help. The position of the apartment is fabulous, walking distance to all local amenities and the view was marvellous. The photographs do not do the beautiful garden justice and we spent some lovely evenings gazing out onto panteli bay from the various seats in the garden and surrounded by lots of lovely plants and vegetation. The apartment was extremely well equipped and the bed was large and comfy. We would not hesitate to recommend and if we come back to Leros would wish to stay here again. Thank you for a super stay.

A spacious house operated by a family who live downstairs. Therefore they were very attentive to our everyneed. They went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. My girls had surprise gift bags, I had a box of sweet delivered for my birthday, my local recommendations and more… The house is perfect for big families with 4 double beds and a kitchen. The area Drimonas is away from the main port and most famous restaurants therefore we rented a car. If you’re looking for a quite place on the more natural side of the island this is a great airbnb. Yet, the island is small and the furthest place is 15mins by car. It was a pleasurable stay for us (mum, dad, kids 8-9)

Anna is a wonderful host, very communicative, thoughtful and kind - she baked fresh cookies which was a lovely touch. Her apartment is beautifully located and designed, extremely comfortable and the rooftop terrace is a real bonus. We definitely hope to return and cannot recommend highly enough.

This was a bright, roomy apartment with multiple windows for fresh air and viewing. It is in a location that catches sea breezes, reducing need for AC. We particularly liked that it was an easy walk into the center of Fourni.

Na het lezen van de fantastische reviews hadden we hoge verwachtingen en het was zelfs nog beter! We beleefden een fantastisch tijd van aankomst tot vertrek. Vasilis en Manolis ontvingen ons persoonlijk, hartelijk met een rondleiding door het mooie verblijf, een koelkast met lekkers verzorgd door Nia. Er lag zelfs een welkomsgeschenk, zo attent! Het verblijf netjes, knus en alles was voorzien voor een aangenaam verblijf. We sliepen er heerlijk! Stil, airco en de matras was top! Het gezellig terras was perfect om maaltijden te nuttigen. Met sfeerverlichting s’avonds. Maar wat deze plek echt heel bijzonder maakte was de warmte en vriendelijkheid van de familie. Voor de verjaardag van mijn man hadden ze zelfs een verrassing. Ze waren altijd beschikbaar maar gaven ons ook ruimte. De perfecte plek voor wie op zoek is naar rust, griekse gastvrijheid een warm thuis gevoel, goede ligging tussen de locals. Vasilis, Manolis en Nia zitten in ons hart. Tot snel en oprecht bedankt voor alles 🙏🏻 🫶.

Appartamento pulitissimo e dotato di ogni confort in zona tranquilla. Buon Wi-fi. Grande supermercato vicino. Non abbiamo avuto il piacere di incontrare Eleni di persona ma abbiamo utilizzato la cassetta della chiavi sia per il check-in che il check-out. E’ stato facile trovare l’ alloggio grazie alle indicazioni forniteci. Host molto reattivo e premuroso (ci ha fatto trovare acqua, succhi, vino, biscotti, caffè…) Simpatici gattini all’esterno ad accoglierci. Grazie Eleni per l’accoglienza.

Le plus difficile c’est d’en partir ! Dès l’arrivée Irene vous embarque avec un grand sourire pour ce havre de paix. On est au milieu d’un jardin d’éden amoureusement cultivé par son papa qui vous déposera quelques figues ou œufs de sa production. C’est dans ce cadre bucolique que l’on voit tous les soirs le soleil se coucher. Un grand spectacle

Nous venons de quitter ce logement à Léros et nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux ! L'appartement était spacieux et la vue était tout simplement magnifique, un vrai régal pour les yeux. Notre hôte a été très attentionné en venant nous chercher au port, ce qui a rendu notre arrivée encore plus agréable. Nous avons adoré explorer l'île, découvrir de délicieux restaurants et profiter des différentes plages. La gentillesse des habitants a également ajouté une touche chaleureuse à notre expérience. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer un séjour inoubliable à Léros !

Great little place in a quiet neighbourhood surrounded by gardens and fruit trees. A perfect oasis in Pothia. Easy 10-15 walk to restaurants and shops and the port.
