This AIRBNB was the highlight of our trip - total magic. We enjoyed the peace and isolation - nestled at the northern tip of the island. The view is surreal! The host Thanasis is a kind soul and communication was effortless.

The views were stunning from the villa. A bit of a steep walk down to the beach but worth it. The pool was clean and refreshing. Aircon worked perfectly. Lots of nice outside areas offering both sun and shade. I would definitely recommend for a relaxing vacation. Thankyou for a great holiday.

Great place in a great location. it was clean, had everything our group needed, and walkable to climbing, a beach, and restaurants. I would stay here again.

I stayed at Sia's place for 10 nights with my wife and 3 young children, aged 4 months to 7 years old. We hired a car and travelled around Kos visiting beaches, archaeological sites, and picturesque villages. The house was beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and surrounded by landscaped gardens. We enjoyed several lazy afternoons BBQing by the pool and dining al fresco. Sia was an extremely generous and attentive host who was always easy to contact. Overall it was a standout Airbnb experience and we would highly recommend her place to other travellers.

It was great. We had an awesome time on the island and Bernhard was a great host. We would love to come back and are planning on it!

This was probably the best Airbnb rental I have ever had we needed something on short notice the host was accommodating, helpful, kind, and the ability to order delivery service to our room just made this experience that much better. Eva was extremely helpful. Food delivery was delicious. Would definitely recommend anyone visiting Kos. Easy taxi to town. Lots of helpful tips in the guide provided by host. Home exactly as presented. We loved our stay. Hope to be back!!

We were a group of 7 friends staying at the Theodores villa for my birthday, we had an absolutely amazing time. Louise who is the manager at TAF and her staff like Joanna, were super communicative and accommodating of our requests and gave us amazing service throughout our time there. The villa and the surrounding areas (the beach, the restaurant) all exceeded expectations and we actually ate at the restaurant quite frequently because we loved the food. We were serviced for housekeeping almost like a hotel but it still felt very private and luxurious. They also helped organise a private yoga session for the group at the villa for additional cost which was great. Overall, we'd love to stay here again and will be recommending it to friends! This house is amazing. It has plenty of super comfortable shared spaces where you can chill and take in the incredible view right in front of you. It’s stylish, modern, and designed with great ergonomics in mind. The bedrooms are spacious and set apart from the rest of the house, which gives you plenty of privacy when you need some alone time. Oh, and the double showers in every bathroom? Total game-changer! It’s perfect for both groups of friends and families. Located on the northern side of the island, it stays cool all the time and is just a 15-minute walk from the port. I can’t recommend it enough—along with the one-of-a-kind Lipsi Island—for anyone looking for a laid-back vacation, delicious food, and stunning beaches.

Quiet and intimate place this time of year (Easter). Small and cozy cabin, it has the minimum and essentials. Right on the beach, the sound of the waves and the incredible sunsets undoubtedly make up for the simplicity of the house. The host, Giorgios, was very attentive and kind at all times. They've helped us a lot with logistics. For us it was the ideal stay, we will definitely be back!

Reminder of a simpler time in paradise. A symphony of goat bells will lull you to sleep through the gentle breeze coming through old Greek lace curtains. The bed and pillows ensure a restful slumber. This old fisherman’s cottage is renovated to perfection by a sympathetic eye. The open courtyard is a chore to leave, sunset views and a great view of the harbour that is reminder that Lipsi is only five-minute walk away, with restaurants and little stores (Anna’s Gift shop- 5*). Our favourite taverna was on the beach at Dilaila’s. Our favourite beach was Kato Koimissi. Yes, you can fit six in this place, three doubles and three bathrooms but we loved it for just two. It is very romantic, even for two 60-year-old Kiwis, it’s the perfect honeymoon spot or for a special occasion. Stavros is a super-efficient manager who values your privacy. I can’t imagine a better location on Lipsi. So very happy I decided on Nikiforos.

My family of 9 stayed at the Aegean Dream for 8 nights to attend my son's wedding at Pandeli Beach. We had an amazing time and the villa surpassed all our expectations. Fantastic views from the patio area, hot running water at all times, spacious bedrooms and living areas, everything we needed. We invited some friends back one evening and they said how lovely it was. Just one word of caution. The villa is located on a hill and walking down the steps to the beach each day could be difficult for anyone with arthritic knees as I found out! But taxis are cheap and easy to obtain.

Wow! What can I say?! Emmanuel and his family are the BEST Airbnb hosts we have ever had! Angela and her husband (Emmanuel’s parents) kindly collected us from the port and took us to the house, then gave us a full tour of the town the following morning, giving us top tips on where to go, what to see and do. The location of the property is the best on the island. Extremely comfortable and wonderful views of the beautiful bay. So grateful to have met Emmanuel’s family and for them being so kind to us and for treating us like part of their own family. Thankyou so much guys for your kindness. We would love to come back and stay again. Katsadia is the place to be. You just can’t beat it! <3

I’ve been traveling to Greece for 15 years now, and it’s not everyday that you meet people as accommodating, hospitable, attentive as Kostas. He has consistently gone above and beyond by offering us small treats, helping solve our oopsies (he had to pick us up barefoot in the village since we locked ourselves out of the mill). The mill itself is very simple, but fully functional, and has a unique charm due to the views, location close to beaches and bars. We also loved falling asleep to the sound of wind :)

Great location for walking between Agia Marina and Platanos through the connecting villages. The house is comfortable, clean and has everything needed.

No matter what I write about my experience, it will be a little bit. The house was impeccable, SPOTLESS, equipped with everything you might need on your vacation. I felt from the first few minutes like I was at home. Mrs. Chrysoula as well as her mother Mrs. Katerina who lived next door, made us feel like family and not like ordinary guests/customers. In Leros I was already 10 days before I stayed at the accommodation, I was already having a fantastic time because it is a great place, but in my last week I will remember it forever and that is what this stay is my fault. Thank you so much for everything, and I'll definitely see you again!

An amazing house full of character and charm. Very tastefully decorated and fully equipped. The view from the rooftop veranda / balcony towards the bay is amazing and the internal courtyard has provided us with calming and enjoyable family time. We were a group of 10 and the house was the perfect size for us. Oscar and Rachel were very responsive to address the issues that had arisen

Laurie's house is cozy and very beautiful, on the hill of Skala so out of the moderate traffic of the village. It has a beautiful view of the bay and offers all the necessary comforts. However, I recommend renting a car because otherwise getting around Patmos can become nerve-wracking. I hope to return to Laurie's next year and I recommend everyone go there!

Gerry’s place is a gem in Patmos. Beautiful house decorated with taste. It has absolutely everything you can think of for a comfortable stay. Excellent location with what is essentially a private beach in front. 10 minutes from Skala and Hora and from nice beaches and restaurants. Very easy communication with Gerry, friendly and easy going host.

We spent a fabulous week staying at Katerina’s place. A beautiful apartment very stylishly decorated with everything you could possibly need. The accommodation was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The location is fantastic - very central but quiet and peaceful. The host was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!! A++++++ would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Great stay- the studio is a little out of town, perfect distance for a walk into town for dinner & easy access to beaches.

A very nice location with attention to detail, welcoming, comfortable and quiet. Everything is very functional. It's also nicer than the photos. It is not close to the beach but cool and with a small green and flowery garden where you can dine, drink or just stay outdoors. The neighbors are delicious and every morning Mrs. Maria served us sweets and cakes for breakfast. Parking is very close and often free and available. A little house that has immediately become familiar and of which I will keep a beautiful remember.

This is an absolute little haven in the paradise that is Emporios. Brilliant location, right on the beach and next to restaurants. The decor is a little bit old fashioned but the location makes up for it. Hosts were very friendly
