Family-friendly vacation rentals in Leipsoi

if I could give 6 stars I would. Niki and Thanos were excellent hosts, providing everything they could to ensure our holiday was extra special. The properties on this small complex are amazing and the views incredible. Anna, Poppy and Anna (the house keeping staff) were supper helpful, lovely and friendly. It was our first time in Greece and as young women, sometimes it is pretty dainting to know whether the places you visit will be safe. Let me tell you, if I ever had to go back to one place on Earth, that would be Kalymnos, and a big part of it had to do with the amazing hospitality and treatment we got from Stefanos. From the first moment he sent us very clear instructions on how to find the apartment, was very responsive to any questions we had and welcomed us to the island with many recommendations on things to do. His place is very well located within a very short walking distance from the port and city center of Pothia. The apartment is pretty big, at least for us, as we spent most of the day outside. It had two balconies, a huge bathroom and very nice kitchen. On our last day we had to depart a few hours after check out and Stefanos did us a HUGE favor by letting us leave our bags at the apartment. Thank you so much for everything, we are already planning a trip to come back! :)

Maria's place was clean and well situated for crags (i.e afternoon wall, spartan wall, grande gotta etc. Close enough to walk to Stala's and water. Kitchen was well equipped given that it was only a studio. Great spot for a couple. Balcony would be fun in the summer.

Villa del mar far exceeded our expectations. Peace and quiet 5 minutes scooter away from the busier parts of the island. Private beach at the end of the garden and all the amenities we could have dreamt of. Morning swim, read in the sun in the hammock, lunch in the shade - perfect. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, everything has been thought through really well. George speaks perfect English and is extremely helpful and kind. The lovely couple who attended to the house regularly was extremely thoughtful, discreet and efficient. We will be coming back!

Heel fijn verblijf gehad tijdens onze vakantie, het appartement is schoon en heel mooi. Het dakterras is prachtig en de communicatie met de host verliep heel soepel. Host reageert altijd heel snel en gaf veel tips voor activiteiten in de omgeving. Zou dit appartement bij iedereen aanbevelen die naar Kos gaat.

George and his wife are lovely people, and excellent hosts. Their place is impeccable, in my favorite part of Agia Marina, which offers isolation and tranquility, while being centrally situated and in a very good location for exploring the island by foot, public bus, or car and scooter. Highly recommend. Hope to return soon!

Had the most amazing stay with Nina. she is so welcoming and the place is so spacious. You will definitely need to have scooters or a car to get to any of the climbing crags, so would recommend organising that before you arrive. Otherwise it was perfect, super peaceful and a great place to relax and take in the great view.

Super logement, très bien équipé, calme et confortable, et parfaitement placé. La communication était au top, nous avons même été récupéré à notre bateau qui arrivait à 2:10 du matin ! Je recommande vivement !

I loved staying at Anna's place! It's quiet and peaceful with a beautiful courtyard under the shade of trees. The studio is in walking distance from bakery, restaurants, cafés, supermarket and fruit shop, and it's also not far from the ferry port and the center of Skala. Within a short and lovely walk of 15 minutes, you arrive at Menoi beach, which is located in a beautiful and tranquil bay with wonderful views. Anna and her father were incredibly warm-hearted, hospitable, and helpful. They picked me up from the ferry port at my arrival and also gave me lifts to Skala whenever I needed them. The studio itself has a very pleasant atmosphere, was spotlessly tidy and well-equipped, and has a nice balcony facing the courtyard.

La maison de Chrysanthi est un petit paradis paisible et authentique. Maison typiquement grecque décorée avec goût. De la terrasse on a une très belle vue sur les champs et la mer en bas. Chrysanthi est une hôte très dévouée et qui nous a donné de très bons conseils pour découvrir l’île. Je recommande.

A wonderful experience. Back in Patmos after almost 30 years, Nina and Stavros made us feel as if nothing had changed. If you like it quiet, pastoral and gorgeous, Diakofti is the place to be. On one side of the istm, amazing sandy beaches, wild or organized, all in a 15 mns walk. On the other the quietest pebble beach in the island, nevermore than two or three persons in a 500 mts bay with amazing submarine life. The garden and wineyards are delightful to be for a day of rest at home. A real pleasure…

Eine der besten Angebote, die wir in der Vergangenheit hatten. Mitten im Ort, dennoch absolut ruhig. Für uns das schönste der wunderschöne Garten mit großen, schattigem Tisch für alle Mahlzeiten. Traumhafte Aussicht von der Dachterrasse und ein äußerst charmantes, historisches Wohnhaus. Besonders hervorzuheben: Dimitris kümmert sich unglaublich engagiert und hilfsbereit um die Gäste, wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt! Wir kamen erst um Mitternacht mit der Fähre an, wurden aber am Hafen empfangen und zum Haus gebracht. Nochmals herzlichen Dank für die wundervolle Woche!

Wow! What can I say?! Emmanuel and his family are the BEST Airbnb hosts we have ever had! Angela and her husband (Emmanuel’s parents) kindly collected us from the port and took us to the house, then gave us a full tour of the town the following morning, giving us top tips on where to go, what to see and do. The location of the property is the best on the island. Extremely comfortable and wonderful views of the beautiful bay. So grateful to have met Emmanuel’s family and for them being so kind to us and for treating us like part of their own family. Thankyou so much guys for your kindness. We would love to come back and stay again. Katsadia is the place to be. You just can’t beat it! <3

This AIRBNB was the highlight of our trip - total magic. We enjoyed the peace and isolation - nestled at the northern tip of the island. The view is surreal! The host Thanasis is a kind soul and communication was effortless.

Très belle maison, impeccable, très bien équipée, literie très confortable. Ménage tous les 3 jours. La terrasse est superbe, le jardin aménagé avec chaises longues et petit bassin d’eau de mer, douche extérieur. Endroit parfait pour se relaxer. Très belle situation sur l’île. Ourania est vraiment une personne charmante et très serviable. Elle est venue nous chercher et nous a ramené au port. Elle nous a mis à disposition des provisions le jour de notre arrivée. Nous retournons très certainement dans cette maison lors de notre prochain séjour à Patmos. Merci beaucoup!

The house is superb. The pool is amazing and this is one of the few properties that has one on Patmos. Oxana the housekeeper was super helpful, the house was spotlessly clean and she was very friendly and welcoming.

Superbe semaine passée sur l’île de Kos grâce aux précieux conseils notre hôte Serge qui nous a accueilli très chaleureusement. Son amour pour l’île de Kos est contagieux et grâce à lui, nous avons vécu une expérience authentique et inoubliable. La villa est idéalement située et dispose de nombreuses prestations très bien entretenues.

Villa Sophia is a rare gem and exceeds expectations. Panos’ stewardship over the property is unmatched. He goes above and beyond any typical host and ensures a peaceful and welcomed stay. I hosted a wedding for 13 people and the enjoyment we had seemed limitless. This is the perfect place to host a small wedding, event, retreat or vacation. I 100% recommend staying in Pàtmos with Panos, it enriches the experience.

We had a really great time staying at Leo’s place. The garden is lovely and we spent hours relaxing there. The kids really like playing with Leo’s cats and dogs and I have to say they were extremely well behaved, not trying to get in the house or begging for food. I get eczema from cats and dogs so I was a bit worried about that at first, but it turned out to be fine because they never come inside and didn’t seem to try and sleep on the outdoor furniture either. Leo brought us fresh eggs and grapes from his garden, and using the kitchen was easy. The location is outside the main town in the middle of Kos island and we had a rental car, so close enough to everywhere if you are driving, and far enough away to be relaxing. There are a couple supermarkets and markets within a few minutes drive if you want to cook at home. Highly recommended for a young family whose kids are keen to swim in the plunge pool and play in the garden. Great time thanks Leo!
