Vacation rentals with lake access in Leipheim

Stay was modern, tastefully decorated and clean. Private entrance which is pleasant with parking at the door. Supermarket, bakery and nice restaurant/guest court around the corner which makes it pleasant.

my sister and I spent a weekend with our dogs there. Very nice, uncomplicated welcome. Very warm. We felt very comfortable in the house. It is a very cute wooden cottage, very lovingly decorated and decorated. Everything you need is there. We had very nice hours on the small but very cozy terrace. Our dogs also had fun in the small garden. We also enjoyed the campsite very much. In the area was a swimming lake, an anglersee, and the Iller. We took long walks here. The Greek on the square is very very good. Food was very good, large portions and very friendly staff. We will definitely be back !

Wow! We were a team from work who wanted to spend a weekend together here and everything worked out... The very special equipment and furnishings, beds that float in the air, a sauna overlooking the Danube and sun just for us... we could cook, play and sleep well. I would be happy to come back..

A truly fantastic accommodation where you feel completely comfortable from minute 1. The view of nature, the tranquility, the location slightly away from the village, surrounded by trees… Absolutely perfect if you want to switch off. In the accommodation you will find everything you need - but also nothing more. So it's very tidy and clean. The apartment was decorated with a lot of love. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was cozy warm and large - and then just this view! I will definitely be back and look forward to it! Thank you for having me as your guest ❤️

a great apartment (second floor, the owners live on the first floor), lots of space, everything you need, but most importantly: there is a feeling of a living apartment, a home (and not a standard rental space) I really liked everything (beds, balcony, old beautiful plates, a large dining table, tiled stoves, separate bathroom) it is a pity that we had a plane early in the morning and were unable to appreciate the surrounding nature and the neighboring pond we will definitely come back and highly recommend this house to everybody!

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation! The welcome was very warm with chocolate and a nice note (it is a flexible check-in with pin code at the door), everything is lovingly cozily furnished and the kitchen equipment is perfectly sufficient for a week for 3 people. The couch as a fold-out bed is a good sleeping option for a third person. Bad Waldsee is a nice small town that was also worth visiting in winter. Highly recommended!

I was there again and will be going again this year. The hosts are warm-hearted people, you are very warmly welcomed and are immediately offered help with unloading the luggage. The place is very clean and efficiently furnished, everything you need to feel comfortable. My personal highlight is that my dogs are welcome and are allowed to move freely around the property. I can recommend this property 100%. The value for money is very good. I look forward to going back in the summer. Everything is just right here, the place is great, the hosts are great, the surroundings are rural and you have great views. Ulm/Neu-Ulm is about 15-20 minutes away. Shopping is possible in the next town.
