The cozy house with a wood-burning fireplace, Finnish sauna and a bedroom with a hot tub is perfect for a romantic time for two, but with 100 square meters also offers enough space for families with children or a meeting with friends. The house is located on the outskirts of Bad Tabarz in a quiet location, close to the forest. The house has a garden with terrace and small pool (diameter 5 m, 1.20 m deep). The pool is not heated, so it is the perfect way to cool off after the sauna or sunbathing.

The large pool and Jacuzzi are to be used seasonally from Jan-Oct. The sauna can be used year-round for up to 6 people. The barbecue grill and the 2 fireplaces invite you to relax.

New, modern vacation home for two people built in 2021 at the foot of the Thuringian Forest, near Friedrichroda, with its own sauna house in the garden. A small, modern solid wood house with all comforts (e.g. box-spring bed, fully equipped kitchenette, underfloor heating, internet TV, free WiFi, sauna house for sole use) was built on the site of a former carpentry workshop. During construction and furnishing, special emphasis was placed on the use of natural and uncontaminated materials.

The apartment is furnished with antiques, has a plank floor, bathroom with tub and is about 90 sqm. Attic, not barrier-free. From 7 nights, sauna use is free of charge.

The cottage is located in the climatic health resort of Finsterbergen directly on the edge of the forest in a small bungalow settlement. Because of its location it provides an ideal starting point for hikes (Rennsteig). The leisure pool with mini golf and volleyball and a tennis court are about 200 m away.

There is a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin and underfloor heating, a bedroom with double bed as well as a living room with fully equipped kitchen and a fully automatic pellet stove and electric heating. The couch can be pulled out for sleeping. Two terraces are available in the garden for relaxing, a grill is also available.

The apartment is located on the first floor in an old storage building of the former horticultural company Benary. The vaulted cellar as the foundation of the house was built at the end of the 16th century. The half-timbered house above it was rebuilt around 1850 and completely renovated in recent years. All interior walls of the outer shell of the house are worked with clay plaster and thus ensure a pleasant indoor climate.
