Love a great view? Well this pet friendly upstairs 2 bed 1 bath apartment is for you. This house was built in 1800’s and was purchased from the local Wadsworth family as the “Wadsworth lake house”. The house sits on the top of the Genesee Valley overlooking some of the most beautiful scenes in the county. From the apartment windows you can see Letchworth state park and the mount Morris dam! The property is only 4 miles to the Letchworth state park entrance, 6 miles to the Serene Conesus lake!

The Nut House

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

We have a very nice size yard for camp fires and just relax in without any neighbors.Welcome to a peaceful country home in the middle of several very large ponds. Relax on the covered screened porch or the back deck for peaceful meals or just some bird watching. Not super far off the road but you feel like it. Road is pretty quiet and lots of wild life.
