What you can expect: Spacious rooms: The house offers a large entrance area, a bright hallway on the ground floor, and a cozy living room equipped with a Swedish stove (wood provided), Smart TV, Bose soundbar, and a collection of classic films for entertaining evenings. A large dining table is available (a high chair is also provided). Fully equipped kitchen: The modern kitchen offer the best of amenities for the hobby chef – fully equipped with all essential utensils like cutlery, dishes, pans, pots, a dishwasher, raclette set, and coffee machine. You will also find a generous pantry with a selection of spices, as well as oil and vinegar. Welcoming bedrooms: On the ground floor, you will find a large bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and a desk, ideal for anyone who needs to work during their stay. On the second floor, there are three more bedrooms, one of which is for children – featuring an Indian teepee, a play loft, and a bed plus a pull-out bed. The other two bedrooms also offer a Double/Queen size bed and a TV. Perfect for a restful night after an exciting day! Bathrooms: You will find three bathrooms in the house, offering privacy for all guests. The ground floor bathroom offers a toilet and shower, with another WC available on the first floor. On the second floor, you will find a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet. Vehicles and bikes: The house offers space for two cars in private parking spaces. For cyclists, there is a large, secure bicycle storage room in the house, and the famous fifth stage of the Black Forest Panorama Cycle Route passes right by the house. Laundry room: A large laundry room with a washing machine/dryer and plenty of space for drying laundry is available on the ground floor. Outdoor relaxation: The large balcony and the even larger terrace offer plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the sun and quality family time. Location: Shopping facilities are only 5 minutes on foot, and both Zurich Airport (30 minutes) and Basel Airport (50 minutes) are conveniently accessible. Approx. 85 m² apartment, completely refurnished and renovated in 2020. The second bed is a folding bed that can be placed in the bedroom or living room.
