My wife and I just spent 3 nights at Nicolas' place in Dinan. Very comfortable accommodations in a great location, just steps from Dinan's historic centre. Having parking was a big bonus. Communication with Nicolas was excellent especially the photos that he provided on how to get to the apartment and the garage.

Kim's apartment was exactly as described, within 5 minutes walk of centre of Dinan and in a quiet area. We were greeted by her mother Monika, who was extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment had everything we needed and the balcony was a bonus when the weather picked up. We couldn't have asked for any more. If we return to Dinan, I would stay there again.

A tastefully furnished duplex. It feels like home with the addition of a little Christmas decoration that makes the stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect for visiting the pretty city of Dinan on foot! I recommend it without a second thought.

Very well located apartment. 5-minute walk to the historic center. Small shops, restaurants, boutiques within walking distance. And you have hypermarkets a short drive away. Parking space is a big plus. The accommodation is big enough for 4. We didn't use the kitchen but it looked like it had everything you needed. The host, Virginia, is very friendly.

The accommodation is faithful to the description with little touches that make the difference (small treats, jams, orange juice, etc.) Impeccable and very well-equipped accommodation as well as comfortable bedding +++ the spa bath a real little plus with a bathroom also very well equipped (hair dryer and straightener). pleasant stay in this beautiful apartment with stunning views of the lake. we would definitely recommend this place.
