Supermarkets, restaurants and other services are easily accessible within 1.5 km. The approx. 50 sqm apartment has a separate entrance and is accessible via an external staircase. The building was built in 2022 in accordance with the KfW 40+ standard and is therefore technically up to date (underfloor heating, ventilation system).

Although the apartment is located in my house, you have your own entrance area.

The Biene and Zarah vacation rentals are in the historic harbor house at the "Old Harbor" in Weener, on the Ems, near the border with the Netherlands. The two apartments on the first floor are lovingly furnished. From the living rooms of the two apartments, you have a very nice view of the harbor. Both apartments have a sunny combined kitchen and living room. In the shared sunny garden with a large lawn, everyone can find their individual place to relax.

The beautiful village park with lake as well as restaurants, shopping, pharmacies, doctors, hairdresser etc. are reachable in a few minutes' walk.

Esterwegen, as a recreational area in the beautiful Nordhümmling, is ideal for idyllic bike tours and relaxed walks to or around the memorial with the adjacent marshland adventure trail.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
