In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Nearby Bakery in the village Supermarkets - Neighboring towns of Großheide and Hage (about 3-4 km) Swimming pool - in Berum (about 3 km) Riding club/stable - in the village North Sea (beach) - Nessmersiel (8 km) Ferry to Baltrum - Neßmersiel (also) Lütetsburg Castle - Hage (7 km) City of Norden - 14 km Norderney and Juist - from Norddeich (about 16 km) The connection to public transport is not very convenient, which is why traveling by car is recommended. You'll love the place because of the surroundings, which are balm for every soul. The garden invites you to play + linger, is secluded, fenced + "escape-proof" for 2/4-legged adventurers. The house itself is completely renovated, has new bathrooms, one of which is handicapped accessible and a lot of space. The kitchen-living room offers everyone space for cozy interaction. My place is good for couples, families + kids/babies, groups, multiple generations and furry friends (pets).

A vacation for the soul on an East Frisian farm

We live on a farm in a quiet secluded location in the middle of East Frisia with our cattle, horses, chickens, dogs and cats. Shopping and restaurants are 2 km away. And plenty of bike paths to worthwhile destinations - swimming lakes, open-air museums, climbing park.... We'll be happy to give you tips. For our guests there are two bedrooms to choose from - a single bed and a queen size bed. We are non-smokers and ask our guests to refrain from smoking inside the house.

Perfect for excursions in all directions and within a 20 km radius there is much more to experience and discover than you can do on a vacation. "Okko 14" Cozy townhouse with garden

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

I spent a very relaxing week at the North Sea, here you can just relax. Communication beforehand as well as check-in went smoothly. I was pleased with a very clean, well-maintained apartment equipped with a lot of love for detail - I didn't miss anything and the holiday feeling was immediately there. The residential area in Marienhafe is very quiet, by car (parking available at the house) you can reach the coast in a few minutes. Nice that all shops for daily needs and also restaurants are available in the village. I can say that the description in the listing exactly corresponds to reality and would check in here again anytime if I am drawn to East Frisia by the sea. Many thanks to Ralph and Doris for a wonderful week and maybe see you again soon. Kind regards, Anette

We had a wonderful stay with four generations! The house was very clean, lovingly designed and had enough space for everyone. It is particularly positive that our grandmother with her walker – apart from two small steps in the entrance area – was able to move well in almost all areas of the house. This is a big plus for a holiday with the whole family. The garden is a real highlight: plenty of space to play, great places to hide for the kids, a spacious terrace and a bench with idyllic views of the pond. We enjoyed the time very much and can highly recommend the house!

We felt really comfortable in Anja's accommodation ❤️ The place has been decorated with a lot of love. Above all, the kitchen is super equipped - we didn't miss anything. On the balcony, you can enjoy the last rays of sunshine of the day in peace in the evening. In 5 minutes you can reach the bakery or supermarket by bike. Thanks for the stay 🫶
