Time out in the apple orchard

Treat yourself to a break with a stay in our two converted construction trailers: right next to the old apple orchard on a pasture under the protection of mighty oaks and ash trees, surrounded by lots of nature. In the construction trailer, everything you need is available. Only for your own warm shower and toilet, a path leads about 90 m through the apple meadow to the main house. The parking space for the car is right in the apple orchard in front. If necessary, two bicycles are available free of charge upon request.

The Old Painter‘s House, Ferienhaus am Wasser

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

Personal details tell the story of this house with special charm. The quiet, spacious garden invites you to relax. Centrally located between the castles of Evenburg and Phillipsburg, the apartment offers great cycling and hiking trails & shopping within walking distance. The Leeran center is about 1.5 km away.

You will stay on the first floor of the villa with 120 m² of living space in high rooms in the exclusive ambience of a modernly designed villa with historic furniture from the Gründerzeit period. The villa is located 5 km from the center of Emdens on the Emsdeich near the Petkumer Deichvorland conservation area. Why not end a long dike walk with a cozy evening with friends by the fireplace!

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

From our apartment, you are at the water within minutes. 10 minutes' drive to Lake Timmeler or approx. 40 minutes to the North Sea.  For shopping trips and sightseeing, it is 15 minutes to the historic old town of Leer (East Frisia). There are two bedrooms for 2 people each and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room.  You can also enjoy your vacation in the spacious garden.

The apartment features a spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom leaves nothing to be desired. The bright rooms of the "Bingumer Dachstübchen" are equipped with satellite TV/free Wi-Fi. A large balcony invites you to breakfast overlooking beautiful nature. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish, brand new space. Free rental of two bicycles is possible.

Time out in the countryside

This quaint apartment invites you to relax and enjoy. In the middle of the countryside next to a cow meadow is the best place to relax. The area can be explored on foot or by bike. On cold days, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable in front of the pellet stove. The cities of Leer and Papenburg are in the area and invite you to stroll, shop or visit a restaurant.

The apartment is located on the upper floor of our house (private entrance) and offers spacious 100 m² of space for a maximum of 7 guests in 3 separate bedrooms. The apartment is located in the idyllic district of Nüttermoor. It is about 5 km to Leeran city center. The apartment is modernly furnished and offers everything you need for a nice time in East Frisia.
